Great time in NC mountains!

Recommend this spacious home for a relaxing evening at the end of long days of hiking & whitewater rafting. It was great to have a well equipped kitchen & access to washer & dryer. Easy access to highways, groceries & restaurants. .

1st Trip to Asheville

Home was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of room on all 3 levels. Loved the quiet serene neighborhood. Would be beautiful in the summer, but our stay was in February and we got the beauty of a light dusting of snow.

Great for a crowd!

The house is perfect for a large family/friend gathering. Plenty of room to spread out, and so nice to have sitting areas scattered throughout the home for a place to get away and read a book or relax. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed to cook and bake. There’s a large deck and adjoining covered porch for those times when it’s nice enough to dine outside. Great place!

Serenity but close to it all

This magnificent property makes you feel like you are really far from town but are actually very close to it all. There are some neighbors but all were quiet and friendly. The house itself is unique with great space for all. We spent many relaxing hours on the back porch and by the fire pit and enjoyed every minute!

Family get together

Perfect spacious home and location for our family get together! Enjoyed the sounds of the birds while sipping coffee out on deck each morning! The beautiful property, fire pit, stream and trail were a big hit! The fireflies at night were a sight to see! The master suite a nice getaway with a private deck. Extra large living room for hanging out, watching TV and playing games together!

We stayed here for a baseball tournament at Bob Lewis Ballpark. This house could not have been more perfect. Pictures do not really show how large and spacious it is. We were there with 2 other families and it never felt crowded. There are so many places to relax, and also so many places to sit and eat. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen was very well stocked. For those looking at this house for baseball, we were the envy of our team due to this location. It took 5-6 minutes to get to the field, and was close enough that we could go back and forth during the many NC rain delays. It was also close to local grocery stores and a short drive to other destinations. The owners were also very responsive to messages, before and during our stay which was appreciated. We would definitely recommend this house to others.

As a host, I wanted a place where families and groups could easily access everything the area has to offer. We are just 5 minutes from the Buncombe County Sports Park and Bob Lewis Ballpark, making it the perfect stress-free home base for tournament weekends. Plus, being only 10 minutes from Asheville means you get a quiet, spacious 2-acre retreat to recharge at the end of a busy day of exploring or competing. We spend the mornings with a cup of coffee and the evenings enjoying world-class dining and breweries, without ever having to compromise.
