This modern mountain home boasts spectacular views of the Rockies. Large great room with fireplace, second cozy living area in the loft with billiard table, large garage with two spaces available, sleek/modern kitchen, sauna, and large deck with grill. Forty five minutes to downtown Denver, ten miles up the canyon from Morrison and Red Rocks Amphitheater, and ninety minutes to skiing at Winter Park, Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. 30 day minimum stay. 50% off stated daily rates. Property has one active security camera attached to the front doorbell.

Panoramic

Our stay was wonderful from beginning to end. It could not have been more perfect for us. Waking up every morning and having the breathtaking views is something to behold. The home itself is beautifully appointed and the beds very comfortable! Many thanks to our terrific hosts!

This is a beautiful property! We rented it for a month to enjoy some skiing in the mountains and hockey down in Denver, and were very happy with our stay. The layout of the property was perfect, and the view is stunning. We had beautiful weather all month so were able to open up the doors from the kitchen to the deck multiple times and take it all in! Definitely need an all wheel drive car since it is a windy drive getting up there, but well worth it for the views! David was a very responsive host, even had a welcome gift for us when we arrived. We would definitely rent here again!

The property is just as pictured. It’s a terrific layout with a second floor mezzanine with a pool table for people to hang out. You can never tire of the fabulous view and the great deck for dining and lounging. The host is great to work with and very responsive

The home is in a gated community of other high-end homes. It is 10-15 minutes from countless trails for hiking and mountain biking. It is 5 minutes from downtown Evergreen, 30 minutes (10 miles down the canyon) from Morrison and Red Rocks Park & Amphitheater, and 45 minutes from downtown Denver.
