Perfect Stay! This property was absolutely amazing! The views are some of the best in Montauk. The home was spotless and exceptionally clean. It’s in the perfect location—close enough to town for convenience, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private. Tara was a wonderful hostess — friendly, responsive, and made sure everything was just right for our stay. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and can’t wait to come back again!

Navy Beach

Unit was spotless and all details regarding the unit were clearly stated. Unit is short drive to center of town. We had picture perfect weather and enjoyed the quiet of sitting at the shore of LI Sound.

A condo with a view!

My husband and I spent a week at Tara's condo leading up to Labor Day and had a really nice stay. The property is cozy and well-sized for a couple, and the view from the terrace of the sunset over Fort Pond Bay was sensational. Navy Beach restaurant is right next door--great for dinner or drinks but not overly loud. It's walkable to town (albeit a fairly long walk) and to some great hikes in Hither Hills State Park. Tara was a wonderful host and responsive to our requests. In particular, she arranged to bring in feather-free bedding to accommodate my allergies. Overall, a great base for a low-key and fun vacation.

Tucked away and convenient to all!

This was a great property, all as described and a super location. Very close to the town center but had a tucked away feeling with the private Navy Beach access for the complex. There's a restaurant right next door too with a real nautical feel, we didn't have a chance to go but imagine it's a great spot in peak season. Tara was a great hostess and super responsive, we had a minor TV issue and she got right back to us immediately and the property manager on the grounds was was able to quickly resolve. Would definitely stay again!

A hidden gem

If you are a small group of 1-4 people, Tara's place is absolutely perfect. It is hidden away with the best view of the sunset in all of Montauk, yet also conveniently located close to town. It is truly a hidden gem. Tara is an incredibly thoughtful and helpful host and regularly checked in to make sure we did not need any additional household items for our stay. I highly recommend this place for a short or long-term stay.

We stayed for a weekend right after Labor Day. The condo is quiet, efficient, and completely suited our needs. Wonderful view out to the sound and private beach. You also can’t beat the fact that you can walk to Navy Beach restaurant. Tara is a very conscientious host. She is always available to reach out to with any questions and prepares you for your trip. She really cares about your experience. If you are looking for a comfortable place to stay while enjoying everything Montauk has to offer, this is the place.

Relaxing Oasis

If you're looking for a condo that puts you into vacation mode upon entry, this is it. It's in a prime location for Montauk. Although the ocean is nice, most people want to see the sunset from their room, and you have to be on the north side of town to get that in MTK. That's the best thing this condo has to offer, and it's worth it! It was absolutely gorgeous. Beach right off of the back deck, and every amenity in the unit you could ask for. Pool and Tennis on the grounds. Navy Beach restaurant right next door. Tara is wonderful, and I look forward to staying here again!

Great view in a good location

Great place to stay in Montauk. The unit is cozy with a really great view. The unit had everything we needed and was in a great location. The wifi was fast and the apartment was clean. Loved that we could BBQ outside and that we were close to Navy Beach. We took cabs to and from the town area but one night we even walked home and it really wasn't too bad of a walk. I'd stay here again and recommend it to others as well.

Excellent Location

We stayed at this condo over 4th of July Weekend this year and had a fantastic experience. The condo itself is accurately represented by the pictures - small but functional, and all household supplies were stocked and necessary appliances (i.e. coffee maker) are in good working condition. There is also a wall unit AC that cools the whole apartment quickly and quietly. One of the best things about the condo is its proximity to the Navy Beach Club. It is literally right next door, and we went once for dinner (the scallops were phenominal) and every night to the bar. The location is very prime and Tara was responsive and easy to work with. We both had a wonderful first experience in Montauk thanks in large part to our accommodations, and we hope to visit again soon.

Beauty on Fort Pond Bay

We have been coming to Montauk for many years but never stayed on the bay. We actually loved our view from this very comfy condo on the beach. You have a beautiful water view, a view of the yachts that come to dock in the bay, and a view of all the activity from Navy Beach Restaurant. Watching the sunset from the porch was just gorgeous. Bring binoculars to watch the activity on the yachts.It was really lots of fun and so relaxing. The condo has everything that you need for your stay. If you decide to cook in, there are enough dishes, pots, pans and glassware - small stove, toaster oven, toaster and microwave- perfect. If you want to go out, you are close by to all the restaurants. We ate next door at Navy Beach but it was so loud and not relaxing. Food was OK. The small living room had a nice sofa and ample eating space and the bedroom had space for all our clothing- not that you need too much. The one thing that you do need is water shoes as the beach is rocky . Once you have those , it is lovely to swim there because the water is calm and warmer than the ocean. if you want to barbecue, ask Tom , the manager for a condo grill. Tara was very easy to deal with and very quick to respond. All in all it was a great get away week-end. Looking forward to doing it again next year.

Great location, just what we needed

The Navy Beach condo location really cannot be beat, that's what you should be renting this for. It is RIGHT on the beach, which makes for a beautiful way to start the day. The beach is a bit rocky, so bring a chair/blanket. We would also walk down to Surf Lodge every morning for coffee. It's a bit of a hike, but a great way to get exercise. And Navy Beach restaurant is just a few steps away, which is a great spot for dinner or drinks. The condo is exactly as depicted. It's a simple one bedroom but gives you everything you need. Tara the owner was lovely to work with and checked in to make sure everything was okay. I would definitely rent again!

Incredible views and a charming stay

My girlfriend and I stayed at this charming one bedroom condo for 9 days and we could not have been happier. It's a quiet complex, nestled away on a private beach; perfect for a romantic get away. We especially enjoyed the proximity to Navy Beach, where you can hear their live music from your back porch in the afternoon and grab a quick drink in the evenings. The caretaker of the complex, Tom, was incredibly accommodating and always available if we needed something. He even let us borrow his paddleboards! Tara, the property manager was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to any questions or needs. We've been out to Montauk for the past 5 summers and this trip was our favorite so far!

The views are amazing. The kitchen was perfect, if you decide to stay in instead off go out all the amenities are there. A laundry room means you don't have to go into town to do your wash. One step off the deck and you're on the sand. A short stroll to Navy Beach. The unit was spotless and exactly as described. I would stay there again. What more could you ask for.

I absolutely loved renting this condo last summer.

This is a very clean condo with incredible amenities. The location is the best part. The views and private beach can not be beat. There is a pool and a tennis court. The people who live in the complex are extremely friendly. The owner is easy to deal with and there is a full time super on premises if anything needs to be fixed. I rented this unit for four months last year and I would highly recommend it.

My dad was the long-term owner of Lenny's on the Dock in Montauk, an iconic fish and chips restaurant on Montauk harbor. The restaurant has since closed and dad has passed away, leaving his beautiful, peaceful condo on the sound to me. The condo will be in our family forever to enjoy and remember him by.
