This beautiful Montauk condo is a perfect space to come enjoy everything that the area has to offer. This family-friendly community features a brand new private patio with a seating area for a meal or morning cup of coffee and only a 50 yd walk to the beach! There is also a pool deck located on the property for you to enjoy! Lastly, the town is just a quick walk or bike ride where you can pick up groceries or grab a bite at one of the great local restaurants!
This meticulously cared for "nest by the sea" is perfect for quiet and peaceful weekends to replenish the soul. Ask about the mother daughter opportunity if you want friends or family to be in another unit at the same time . It's a perfect solution for group vacations .

Great place to stay.Very clean,plenty of towels and equipped with everything we could need.Host was accessible and answered all questions immediately.The view was great and the area was quiet enough to hear the ocean waves!!!

This was our first visit to Montauk and this unit was in a great location. Check in was simple. Unit was clean and the ocean was just across the street. Jody was easy to chat with and I would rent this unit again.

Our stay at this property was great. Very nice and clean. Pathway to the beach was right across the street. We walked into town where there were several nice restaurants for breakfast/lunch/dinner. Host sent clear and concise instructions/directions and stayed in contact to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay here again.

Super responsive host. Stayed in the offseason so pool was closed but was super quiet and the ocean is so close.

We have been coming to Montauk for the last 45 years. We were lucky enough to be able to buy a unit in this lovely community where we have many friends. As a retired art teacher I love being a host on VRBO. I am able to really take care of our guests and feel lucky to share our sweet place with others. Don't hesitate to ask about how to book multiple units at the same time. We do that with friends and family all the time!

When we first stepped into our unit the view of the ocean from our deck took our breath away!. We bought it as soon as we could and fully renovated it to make it as comfortable as possible . We also wanted to make the most out of every inch so there is a lot of storage and a full kitchen for our family.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is a lower corner unit . It is easily accessible to the Ocean and steps away from the pool. It is great for small families with kids. Although we are only allowed to have 4 guests in total and the unit is 500 sq. ft it is designed to be efficient and have lots of storage .
