Located in a quiet beach neighborhood and equipped with everything you need for your ideal coastal vacation. Your stay includes Smart TV, beach chairs and towels and a fully stocked kitchen.

The Space:
Perfect location for everything you need. It is a few steps to the beach and a short walk to Bold Bean coffee shop, Whole Foods grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, and Huguenot Park. This clean and freshly updated home includes smart TVs and fast Wi-Fi!
The kitchen is complete with appliances, cooking ware, dining sets, Keurig coffee maker, and everything you will need to feel at home!
There is a guest manual with a local's guide including our favorite places such as Taco Lu, Casa Marina Rooftop for sunset, Eleventh South Bistro and best brunch spots. We do not allow pets, so we are an allergy friendly home.
The property also has a washer and dryer with laundry pods for your use.

We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

This home is managed by the Jax Beach locals, Mealer Management. We specialize in vacation rentals at Jacksonville Beach so our team is just minutes away to help during your stay. Getting Around:
There is a Whole foods within 900 feet away in a shopping complex with restaurants, stores, and nail salons. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life Rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches.
