Casa Ranguana - Stunning Modern Private Luxury Beachfront Home
Modern private home with spectacular views and 100ft of private beach. Ideally located, close to airstrip and town, but still secluded. Enjoy the cooling ocean breezes and wonderful relaxing vistas. Full kitchen and high speed wi-fi.
Top Reasons to rent Casa Ranguana instead of other Placencia properties:
1. 100 ft of beach: lots of white sand beach, great shallow swimming beach for the kids, a few coral heads for snorkeling - hands down the best beach of any home available for rent in Placencia
2. Cooling ocean breezes - beach side location means natural ocean breezes keep you cooler than the lagoon side - and most importantly keep away the bug problems lagoon side homes may suffer
3. Privacy: plenty of privacy that you will not enjoy in homes located closer to the village - and the property is deep enough that there is not the road noise that can be so common for homes up north along Placencia road
4. Best location - only 2 miles from town means easy access to Tutti Frutti for your daily gelato fix, and easy access to the dozens of quality restaurants, shops, groceries, tours and activities of Placencia Village - many other properties further north (e.g. Maya beach or the Plantation) can mean a 30 to 60 minute drive to the village
5. Wrap-around, shaded deck makes it easy to relax and watch over the kids playing on the dock or out in the ocean

The casa is only rented as an entire unit. Guests have access to the entire casa and the surrounding grounds.

Each of the bedrooms are individually air-conditioned for sleeping comfort.
Getting to Casa Ranguana: we are located about half a mile from the Placencia Airstrip. From the US - most people fly into Belize City (about 2-3 hr flight from Atlanta, Charlotte, Dallas, Houston, Miami or 5 hr from Los Angeles). From Belize City there are 3 options: 1. a 20 minute local flight on Maya or Tropic Air to Placencia airstrip, 2. you can rent a vehicle and drive down to Placencia from Belize City which takes about 2-3 hours or 3. we can recommend a driver to transfer you down.
Private chef available for some or all meals at an additional cost.

We have owned property in Belize for over 20 years. Casa Ranguana is a newly available property from the owners/manager of Villa Ranguana. Only a few reviews so far - but you can see the stellar track record the Villa has. Albert and Francee who host guests at the Villa will also be looking after guests here at the Casa. Albert and Francee's home is on the first floor (separate entrance from the villa side). This property includes the entire second and third floors with its own entrance. The Villa is for large groups (4 suites) while the Casa makes more sense for honeymooners or smaller families. Both offer the highest standards or care and location available in Placencia. Please enjoy.
