Renter is responsible for electricity and gas bill. homeowner will pay water. The property is equip with a solar system. While the bill is normally very small it can go up quickly depending on how much you heat the pool and hot tub or if you run the A/C with the sliding glass walls open.

Pool Heating Policy:

1. Waterfalls/water features along with the spa CANNOT be on and running while the pool is heating.*If you turn on either the pool heater will stop running and in turn, the pool will not heat.*


Guest have full access to the entire home except for the garage on the left of the home.

Onsite parking is available which fits up to 6 compact vehicles. 2 car garage on the right of the home has built in Tesla charger. Access to the garage on the right side of the house (left garage will be locked)

No street parking allowed and please do not park on the dirt/gravel areas.
Other things to note
This home is equipped with HULU + LIVE TV, Disney+, ESPN+. All of our TVs are connected to wifi with access to steaming apps for your viewing pleasure!

We are a pet friendly home, however, we do ask that you let us know before booking how many pets will be joining you as there is a Pet Fee of $50.00 per pet that will be applied after your booking is confirmed. If you do not disclose that you will be bringing a pet(s), there will be a $300 penalty. Please clean up after your pet or an additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be applied. Heavy shedding dogs will be charged an additional $50 cleaning fee. Please keep your pets off the furniture and out of the pool!
