This newly renovated lakefront Penthouse, designed with the “best of Las Vegas” in mind, boasts spectacular views of Lake Las Vegas. Located just steps away from the MonteLago Village, this Penthouse unit has easy access to the fine dining restaurants, lake activities and specialty shops. With panoramic lake views from all bedrooms and the living room, this luxurious 3-bed/3-bath is the ideal place for couples or large families to entertain and create special memories.

This exceptional and modern Penthouse is located at the end of the Viera complex which provides it with a unique privacy. There are three furnished balconies allowing guests to have their own getaway space, while still enjoying the beautiful views of Lake Las Vegas and the mountains above. The main balcony off the living room also includes comfortable, modern seating with a mounted TV for those who enjoy hosting or relaxing outside.

In line with the luxurious Las Vegas theme, the Penthouse is fully equipped with the latest technology and appliances, ranging from Sonos speakers to high-definition TVs and an in-unit washer and dryer. In addition, guests have access to the Viera Complex amenities which includes two resort-style pools and a modern fitness center. This Penthouse also has the option for a parking pass in the connected parking structure (for a refundable fee).

Lake view spectacular! Spotless penthouse. Everything you needed was there. I would without a doubt recommend this penthouse for a stay! I wish we owned it!!!! Easy access, safe and secure, host was spectacular and responded quickly to my text messages! Loved loved it!!!

All around very nice. Clean and updated. A small store and restaurants are walking distance. Would stay here again.

Nice Retreat Away From The Strip

The property is a great option away from the madness of the strip. Very clean and well maintained with everything you need to enjoy the stay. The Lake Las Vegas community has a small grocery store and several restaurants that were all really good. Mexican, Italian, Irish Pub and the deli makes a slamming sandwich which is great for a quick bite when too tired to do the rest. There’s limited parking near the unit so be prepared to walk when you’re coming and going.

Fantastic experience

Enjoyed Ourselves

The property was spacious and quiet. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-stocked, but we would have appreciated ice. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and the small grocery store and using the pool and hot tub. We would definately return if we were in the area again and recommend to others.

A Great condo in a perfect location

We went with our family of 4, the condo was very well decorated and designed. Very comfortable for our group of 4. The location within the development was great, easy access to the pool and to the village next to the hotel. We loved it. Parking was a breeze, although a slight walk.The only real negative I have for this listing is that the overall resort of Lake Las Vegas is still recovering from the 2008 real estate crisis and you can see this in the overall building maintenance and the attached village, but this was not a real detractor for us. The unit itself was very well maintained and we would absolutely stay here again.

Felt like I was out of the Country

Las Vegas wedding stay

This property was nothing short of amazing. The pictures are very accurate and exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 6 and the 3 bedroom/3 bath was perfect, spacious and private. The area surrounding the property has a small village with restaurants and water sport rentals, all easy walking distance. Again, exceeded our expectations. We would and hope to come back to this property. The communication with the property manager could certainly have been better although there were no problems that needed to be addressed. This is a true 10 out of 10 property!!!

It was ok

The condo building is out dated and kinda dirty. The pool was nice. The condo itself - showers had issues. Dryer did not work. Bed linens and towels were cheap and dirty. It was an ok stay for a 3 bed condo. But I don’t think I would pay the premium for the condo again. Building and condo need a little more TLC.

Not worth it

Condo was nice, even with shower & water pressure issues. What really turned me off was the fact I didn't need an alarm clock to wake up at 0800 every morning because no one told me "several" condos on that floor we're being renovated, construction was "everywhere" & the noise, workers coming and going, ambiance, & expectation was unsatisfactory. My family and I we're also disappointed in finding out several business we're out of business. A truly sad place to spend a vacation at. Will not be returning nor recommending that place or location to anyone.

Amazingly well furnished and stocked penthouse. Surplus clean towels, comfortable bedding and unimpeded views of the lake from multiple balconies and much more. Overall great family getaway, and will certainly be back again.

Beautiful Property

Would have rated 5 but a few issues. Parking is horrible, only approx 10 spaces in front of building. Parking in garage is a short walk but in 115 degrees, it feels like a mile. Only 1 handicapped space. We lost a fresh box of muffins because we were not warned that there is an ant problem, so did not refrigerate them. There was bug spray available so it’s apparent this is an on going problem. Upon arrival, the hallway to the unit was being painted and the workers had to move equipment and paint buckets out of the way and kept warning us that total hall was wet. All minor issues but could have been communicated prior to arrival. Our representative, Raymond was responsive and arranged for us to get in a couple of hours early. Unit is nice and area is very quiet.

Family vacation at Lake Las Vegas

We loved our Penthouse accommodations for our family. It looked just like the photos, spacious and nice for the 6 of us. We enjoyed the local restaurants there at Lake Las Vegas. It was also a convenient location for additional restaurants, hikes and sightseeing. Also thank you to David, for all his help and quick responses. We highly recommend it and we will go back.

Impeccable condo

We stayed at lake Las Vegas for a couple of days to wind down from a national parks tour. This condo - is probably one of the best we have stayed in on Vrbo. It’s new. Gorgeous - modern - has an amazing deck and beautiful views. Wish we could have stayed longer. Beds are super comfy. Pools were amazing. Lake Las Vegas is a funny place - I feel like it is on the upswing. Building where condo is could use a little upkeep - but would not stop me from renting this condo again. Restaurants at your doorstep were also awesome. Can’t say enough - loved it!

In love with this place

This place was beautiful, nestled in lake Las Vegas and encompassed by views. Grocery store was located downstairs, the penthouse was large with a ton of space and scenic views from the balcony. Definitely will be back to this gorgeous property
