Great condo with 3bd and 3 bath and a lovely huge patio..we saw rhe Xmas golf cart parade from here. One pool was heated in th common area and Good hot tub too. Sunsets are beautiful. We walked along the wash quite a few times. Very close to Valley of Fire and Hoover Dam. You can go into Vegas or ignore when you feel like it. Small grocery store nearby you can walk to. Otherwise Smiths is 10 mins away. Paul wa highly responsive and quick with any question. When we had a second car, few parking next to the closed casino. Hilton has a fire pit outside that is awesome. Iceream shop below is great and the Mexican food too. Enjoy!!! Great for couple groups or families.

The unit was awesome! Lots of space for 4 adults and 1 older teen. There are lots of extra blankets and towels. The kitchen was equipped with many gadgets. Our bathrooms had a basket of different samples for use, that was helpful when I ran out of deodorant haha! The views were so lovely. We felt very lucky!

We really appreciated how clean the entire condo was and there weren't any weird smells. Since the unit faces the lake, and it's away from the road, it was very quiet.

Was a wonderful place for our family to stay. We have enjoyed staying at the property for many years and have found a new favorite for our family of 5. Great location for concerts and daily people watching and ample room for our local family to stop by and share a meal.

Beautiful & Comfortable

This was a great choice for any one wanting to visit the Vegas area. It’s quiet and out of the way. Rooms were big with comfy beds. Great water pressure. Underground parking was a nice plus. Concert on Saturday evening was great and we watched from balcony. Check online for events happening in the community. Overall “village” is small with restaurants and shops.

Stayed for Big West Tournament

We stayed for four nights while attending the Big West Men’s Basketball Tournament at the Lee Center and had a great experience. Communication with the host was excellent, and check-in and checkout instructions were clear and easy to follow. The location was very convenient—close to everything we needed. The village had some nice restaurants and a pub, but it felt a bit like a ghost town with not many people around. Overall, the stay was comfortable for our group of three adults and a three-month-old baby. We’d definitely stay here again!

Vegas Oasis

The unit and property were stunning! It might be the best location in the property! It was perfect for 5 adults; one 19 and 21. We enjoyed the restaurants, the pool and the walking trails in the area. My adult children might have enjoyed a bit more activity but it was perfect for the other 3 adults. Our week was on the cool side and perhaps that kept the activity down.

Beautiful location

The home was very clean and a wonderful location for our girls trip. My only concern was we had to check out so early. Check in is late at 4pm and check out was early at 10am. It would have been nice to be able to stay until at least 11am.

Absolutely Amazing!

I booked this location for myself and a few family members as we had a few scheduled meetings and location visits to prepare for an upcoming Vegas wedding. I could not have made a better choice for our stay. The hosts/owners provided clear timely instructions about the reservation, contact information for questions or concerns, check-in & check-out details, parking, and property mapping.The residence was clean and fully stocked, and the environment was peaceful, quiet, and perfectly accommodating. The view from the property was amazingly beautiful, and the posted pictures/videos were true to its description.Mobility/directions: I love the clarity of instructions for entering and exiting the property, for parking, and the property map that was provided. When moving around the city (even when using the GPS), there was no confusion for where we needed to go. Traveling to the Las Vegas strip and other places for our meetings was a short drive. Getting around was easy and comfortable. Reviewing/recommending:I have no hesitation in writing this review and welcome the opportunity to do so. I highly recommend this Henderson, Nevada property as a maximum stellar place to stay. Visitors will thoroughly enjoy it and will not be disappointed. To the hosts: We truly appreciate such excellent communication to help us prepare for our trip. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and thank you for sharing such a beautiful vacation location.

This is probably the best condo we've stayed in at Lake Las Vegas! Great view of the lake and the stage for Saturday concerts. Super furniture on the large balcony and everyone has their own bathrooms! 3/3.

A great place for our group!

This place was amazing! Our group enjoyed the area very much. We were familiar with the property since we've stayed before in different units. This place had a patio that was fantastic - great people watching. We would stay again in a heartbeat! Great area too - wish the weather was a bit warmer... but it was a fun week.

Quiet escape

Quiet area outside of Las Vegas. Views of lake and mountains are awesome. There is a little grocery store steps away for anything you would want. Also a few good restaurants right there as well. Played golf at Reflection Bay which you can see from the balcony.

We chose to purchase a vacation home in Montelago Village as a relaxing getaway. The location is perfect for vacationing families with kids. Being 25 minutes from the strip, it offers the availability of Las Vegas night life and shows, and then return to the very relaxed and beautiful atmosphere of this replica of an Italian village.
