New on the rental market! This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is stunning! The water views of Boot Key Harbor are breath taking!
This home boasts an open floor plan and private heat optional pool and ample dockage.

- Maximum Occupancy: 4 guest (includes adults and children of any age)
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the advertised max. occupancy.
- Parking: 2 vehicle max

- Deep Water Dock: 50 ft. *Strict 1 boat max.
- Private Heat Optional Pool - *Pool Heat available Nov. 1 - April 30
- Internet & Wifi
- 2 bed, 2.5 bath - 1 king + 1 queen
- Bait freezer, Fish cleaning station and propane grill
- All Bed and Bath Linens provided includes Beach towels

Refundable Security Deposit: $500
Optional Pool Heat: $150 per week

This property is professionally managed by American Coastal Vacation Rentals, LLC.
Third party bookings are subject to increase rates and third party service fees.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Beautiful home! Perfect for two couples. Great screened porch (ate all our at home meals there) and outdoor space. Kitchen was well equipped for our needs. beds very comfortable also.

We loved the pool! we were in need of DOWN time as we live in a tourist area of NC. Our Season was over because it was October but we were chasing Endless Summer and this property fit our Family of 4 wonderfully. Kitchen was a bonus to prepare dinner with Family. Perfect place to stay. Very clean and organized place doesn't matter if you are there to relax or going out to have fun. It is the easiest place to find everything you need.Enjoyed the time we had there look forward to going back.Thank-you for letting us share that special place.

This home was amazing. The property has everything you need and was spotlessly clean. The pool was perfect for those hot Florida days. House is close to a supermarket and many nice restaurants. Sunrises everyday were so beautiful to watch relaxing with a cup of coffee. We are already talking about our next trip back.

Beautiful location

Beautiful property… the only thing we didn’t like is we had to supply dish detergent and washing machine detergent. That should be included when they want dishes and laundry cleaned.

Gorgeous house and views!!!

This is an amazing home and gorgeous views of Boot Key Harbor! Very spacious 2br/2ba home with upgraded appliance, super comfy beds, and awesome screened in back porch! The pool lights up from sunset to 10pm nightly, just beautiful! My husband caught lobster right off the deck, plus saw stone crabs, eels, and an octopus! What a lovely week, will definitely be back!

Boot Key Paradise

We booked this place hoping for a relaxing stay in paradise and this place lived up to our expectation. Wonderful views of the harbor, house is laid out perfectly, very nice and new feeling! Pool and landscaping is wonderful! Nice slip for boat if you have one or plan on renting a boat! Would recommend this house to anyone! Don’t miss out!

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful 2-week stay! We are no strangers to the area, and watched them remodel this home. We were happy that it was finally available - it's pretty darn perfect! The turf area, pool and screened-in back porch was where we spent most of our time. The porch was great for watching thunderstorms. It looks like they lost a good bit of their dock in the hurricane. We had our boat at the one part of the dock that had been fixed, so it would be great if the extended part that used to go around the corner into the canal was also replaced. It'd be a great perch for watching the fish, crabs and mantas swimming below or having that cup of coffee by the water. We only have two thoughts for improvement... the hard poly-board sunning lounge chairs are terribly uncomfortable without a cushion of some sort. None of our family (various ages) could sit there more than 5 minutes or so. They're also super heavy to try to move into the sun. We had bean bags chairs that we ended up using from off our boat instead, so we made do with those, but most folks would not have them. All but one pillow was for side-sleepers (super filled, tall, thick pillows), so 3 of the 4 of us had difficulty using them - we would get stiff necks in the morning. Again, we ended up pulling pillows off our boat to use.Overall, it was a pleasure and a great place to relax. We hope to stay with you again!

Great Stay

Our stay could not have been better. The location was amazing. We rented kayaks for the week and saw manatees while on the water or from the dock every day. The pool was great for the kids. The house was gorgeous. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Fantastic property

What a fabulous gem. The house was very clean, well appointed, at the end of the street and very quiet. Beds and pillows super comfy, dock large enough to dock our 26 foot rental, and the views of Boot Key were fantastic. Definitely would highly recommend.

Absolutely Loved It!!!

Everything was wonderful!!.. We usually go on vacation with an itinerary but, this time there was nothing.. I waited till the week before we left to book somewhere to stay and I am so glad I did. This place is close to everything and the view is absolutely stunning. We left 3 times in a week.. Other than that we were by the pool
