Enjoy Marathon in this lovely 3 bedroom 2 bath canal home with private pool, located minutes from Sombrero Beach!

Boasting a fully equipped kitchen with an open floor plan this home provides ample space for the perfect vacation!

- Maximum Occupancy: 6 maximum
(*children of any age, including infants, count toward occupancy)
- No day guests or visitors allowed above the max advertised occupancy.
- Parking: 3 vehicle max (*parking for 1 trailer only)
- Deep Water Dock: 50 feet

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.
We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Absolutely loved our stay!

The property was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything we needed but still peaceful and relaxing. The host was incredibly responsive and made check in super easy. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to come back again!

Outstanding Property

Extremely happy with this property. The photos were very accurate; house was spotless, and all of the furnishings and appliances were in great shape and appeared to be new or very recently added.We especially loved the balcony for breakfast and sundown time. Pool was great and we enjoyed it every day. No hesitation recomending this property.

Place is cute and close to the beach and Publix. Very clean. However the beds (all 3) were SO uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping/back pain/neck pain. A 2/3 inch foam mattress padding would probably have saved our sleep. In addition the pillows were all hard and flat. Like bricks. It’s not hard to spend 10 each on new pillows for your guests every 6 months. Esp when people are paying thousands of dollars to sleep there for a week.Other than that. We would have given it 5 stars.

Thank you for your feedback—we’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the location and found the home clean and comfortable overall. We’re sorry to hear the beds and pillows did not meet your expectations. I did want to mention that the mattresses are new, and we have not received any prior complaints. That said, we completely understand that comfort is very personal—some guests prefer a softer feel while others prefer a firmer mattress. We will be replacing all of the pillows based on your feedback. For future stays, please don’t hesitate to call our office during your visit—we keep pillows and other comfort items in stock and would have gladly dropped them off right away to help improve your sleep. We truly appreciate your input and hope to have the opportunity to host you again.

Vacation paradise with perfect location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house was spotless and perfectly located—just a short distance from the beach, shopping, and great restaurants. Marathon offered plenty to keep us busy, and it was an easy drive to Key West for a day trip.The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to cook meals and enjoy some grilling. The pool area was a highlight—perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing with a book in a quiet setting. Inside, the living room was spacious enough for four adults to spread out comfortably without feeling cramped.The rental company was also a pleasure to work with—very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in the Keys!

Great Location

This home was beautiful. It was right down from Sombrero Beach. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Only issues we had were the pool heater was broken when arrived and dirty pans. They sent people out right away for the heater. It did take few days to fix but luckily they got it fixed. The skillets were dirty with egg still on them and black grease. The office offered to send the cleaning crew out again but we just went and bought some cheap new
