Welcome to your Cozy Granby Escape

This is your place to slow down, breathe in the mountain air, and feel right at home any season, any reason.

Whether you’re here to hit the slopes, wander hiking trails, lounge by the lake, or just escape the everyday, this cozy and welcoming condo is your perfect year-round retreat in beautiful Granby, Colorado.

The Space:
Our cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo (592 sq ft) is thoughtfully set up for families, solo travelers and your furry friends. It’s warm, comfortable, and easy to settle into.

Sleeping arrangements and comfort include:
• King-sized bed
• Queen air mattress and pack ’n play for families
• Comfortable sofa for relaxing and unwinding

What You’ll Enjoy:
• Fully equipped kitchen with cooking basics, dish ware & flatware
• Coffee and tea bar
• In-unit washer and dryer
• Private covered balcony with seating
• Smart TV with cable
• Free Wi-Fi
• Free parking for 2 vehicles
• Easy self check-in
• Hot tubs (2) located within the condo complex

Perfect Location for Exploring Grand County:
• Minutes from Granby Ranch (heated outdoor pool, fitness center, $15 per person per day, paid on-site)
• 20–25 minutes to Winter Park
• About 30 minutes to Rocky Mountain National Park and Grand Lake
• Close to grocery stores (right across the street), dining, and coffee shops
• Ski, hike, lake days, or golf.

Good to Know:
• Amenity fee paid on-site at Granby Ranch Hall if you want to access the heated pool and fitness center
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM
• Hot tubs at the condo complex close during quiet hours
• Located on the third floor with stair access only (no elevator)
• No central A/C, but fans and a portable A/C unit are provided

Great Christmas weekend escape in the mountainswith beautiful views! This condo was so clean, warm and inviting as well as perfectly located between Winter Park and Grand Lake. Natalie was so kind and responsive to communications.

Colorado wedding

We were in town for a wedding and this condo provided all the comforts of home and more. Very comfortable, with everything we needed for our stay. Great communication too. We would stay here again.

Wonderful property! Exactly as described. An adorable condo with all of the amenities. Very clean and easy to get to. We were in town for a wedding and it was five minutes to Granby Ranch. Owner was great to deal with and very responsive with any questions I had. This condo is a gem!

Clean, well stocked condo

Condo was one of the best stocked condos we have ever rented, it had everything we needed and more. The unit was clean and comfortable. Communication with the owner was great. Location was nice as well, as there is a grocery store right across the highway. We would definitely stay here again if in the Grand Lake area!!

This is a lovely condo in a lovely area. We were there for my daughter's fabulous wedding. There is absolutely nowhere else I'd rather have been that weekend, but a wedding is not the same as a vacation. Which may have contributed me making a couple check-in blunders... which the owner helped with quickly, kindly, and professionally. While I don't recommend making check-in blunders but I do recommend this owner and this condo. We'd be happy to return another time.

Condo for wedding visit

Beautiful surrounding scenery, close to national park, had everything you’d need to cook! We didn’t spend much time at the actual condo as we were there for a wedding and hiking but it was a great spot to return for the evenings! The host was very helpful with booking.

Great Stay

We spent 4 days/3 nights in the condominium to see the fall colors. We were about a week late for the peak but enjoyed our time in the unit. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The location was convenient to the grocery and restaurants. We appreciated being able to bring our canine companion. The complex was nice for walking him. The complex had two hot tubs which were nice after hiking and biking. There was also access to the pool and more hot tubs at Granby Ranch for a fee. It was about 15 minutes to Fraser and 25 minutes to Winter Park. We have stayed in the Granby area in the past to ski Winter Park. While it is a little bit of a drive, Highway 40 is well maintained in the winter. It looked like they even offered bus service from the Silver Creek Lodge across the street. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.
