Family fun home with heated pool near Heritage park, Hoover Dam, Boulder City

Relax with the whole family at this comfy home. It's home away from home but maybe a little better! Only 5 minutes to Heritage Park soccer fields. We have amenities from pool (heated extra $100/day, requires one day ahead notice so start heating), massage chair, pool table, air hockey for fun. Across the street is neighborhood park where kids can run around on playground, shoot basketball, and volleyball. Or bring your own horseshoes and tennis racket. It's located between Hoover Dam and Strip so it's an easy drive to strip in 25 minutes.

We really liked the location because we were looking for a quiet place to stay close to Vegas. Overall it was a nice stay, but for the price there are a few things that should be addressed. The back patio and pool both had canopies for shade at some point, but weren't replaced. This made it too hot to sit outside until sundown since there's no option for shade. The pool also had a layer of sediment on the steps and seat that the cleaning robot couldn't reach and a garbage can half full of trash on the patio from the last guests. The chairs for the fire pit were laying scattered across the back yard. The felt on the pool table is falling off the rails in spots. We didn't try the air hockey table that's in the garage because of the heat. The fridge doesn't have the water or ice maker hooked up and the kitchen could use a bigger frying pan than an 8". A remote for the garage door opener would've been nice as well. And 100 a day to heat the pool seems excessive.

Desired location but disappointed

Booked as house is in same neighborhood as my mom & family. Asked prior to visit to ensure air was working well & it wasn't. Anh quick to get someone out but never worked right. House is dirty, floors, bathmats, base of toilets, outside table. We were told it was a shoe-less house & only 1 towel provided per guest DAY before ck-in (there were bath towels in each both even tho it was just the 2 of us). disappointing. no dishtowels, no hand towels, no pool towels. Posting such things on site when booking would be helpful for packing. very loud streets with tires squealing/screeching - bring earplugs & eye mask for sleeping. Felt it was overpriced for 2 day stay and sparse amenities - and very far from Las Vegas sites for tourists. Thankful family lived close to provide essentials. doubt we'd ever stay again unless price dropped substantially.
