Awesome location in Lake Las Vegas. We have stayed here many times before but never this unit. EST one of all! Very clean , fully stocked and excellent communication with owners. Would highly recommend but not next March ! We hope to be back again :)

Fantastic place to stay. All the amenities were very thoughtful. The layout of the condo made it easy to get around and make it feel like Home and I have to say it is one of the cleanest, best decorated places I’ve stayed in. I enjoyed the village with the grocery store the restaurants, the pubs, and the ability to feel safe and walk around..

My mom and I just love Lake LV. This condo is perfect and a great location overlooking the pools! We have stayed.in this same unit many times!Owner is great with communication! We will be back again!

Great place to stay. Quiet and clean. Apt was well stocked with plates and kitchen items for cooking and eating on site. Washer/dryer in apartment was nice. We will defiantly stay here again. Some cracks in tile between tub and shower. Possible mold in shower caulking. Those were the only negatives.

Thanks for the review! We did take note of the concern about some of the caulking in the shower when you sent us a note earlier. We did confirm some of the caulking was peeling and a couple of black spots. We subsequently have removed the old caulking and replaced with a high-quality caulking. We appreciate when guests provide both positive and constructive feedback to make sure we can provide the most satisfying vacation experience.

Love this place!

I enjoyed my stay here. Although it wasn’t completely clean, it still wasn’t too bad. It was very nice and the owner was very friendly and easy to talk to.

Great location, clean and soacious

Our family of 4 had a great time! Close to the local restaurants and shops. Two pools and a hot tub very close to the room. Quiet area and quiet room.

This place was great for me and my family. Clean, plenty of room and convenient to every event we participated in. Loved the Italian restaurant and the little market just around the corner.Loved the pools, hot tub and fitness center. I would definitely stay here again.I do have some things that would have made my stay exceptional: the shower in the guest bathroom needs to be cleaned out. If it was a rain shower head, it was very lame. Also, coffee and creamers would have been great too. While the market was convenient and delicious, I lome my coffee as soon as I get up in my room.

Thank you for the review! Unfortunately, the water in Southern Nevada is "hard" and often higher in mineral content that affects plumbing fixtures. We had the handy man remove and clean out the shower head and will likely replace soon as well. Unfortunately sometimes "we can't fix what we don't know is broken" and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Due to the varying tastes of guests for morning beverages including coffee both ground as well as Keurig pods in addition to caffeinated and decaf and others preferring tea, we provide both a drip maker and Keurig maker after previous quest requests. With the convenience of the market just steps away, the selections for guests to purchase exactly what enhances their stay are available. Additionally, many of our regular guests bring their own favorite Keurig pods or ground coffee with them as well. We are pleased to hear that your stay was otherwise satisfying and met your needs!

Great place

We enjoyed this place very much. It has everything you need for a perfect family getaway. The pools are very spacious, and the hot tub is fantastic.
