Perfect location in Dunedin

Very clean, well set-up, host was exceptionally communicative, awesome location. It is very small, with basic kitchenette which worked for me as a solo for a short term but not sure this would be great for a couple or even solo longer term.

no internet 50% of my stay was working remotely had to leave the building to go to starbux to work .. host never responded to a series of questions .... wanted me to roll out garbage cans at the end of my stay while I was paying 95.00 for cleaning ,only ONE Chair uncomfortable mattress
