This updated beachfront condo is located on the 17th floor of the beautiful Celadon Resort with picturesque, unobstructed views of the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.

Unit 1707 features one bedroom with a king bed, two full bathrooms, hall bunk beds, and a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress, this condo can sleep up to 6 guests. We have everything you need to have a comfortable and easy vacation including a fully equipped kitchen with bar seating and dining seating, FREE WIFI, and a full size washer and dryer in unit.

CELADON BEACH RESORT IS IN THE PERFECT LOCATION

Located on the west end of Panama City Beach, we have less crowded beaches and less traffic. We are very close to the best shopping, eating, and activities that Panama City Beach has to offer. Our 17th floor condo is directly on the beach and offers incredible gulf front view and stunning sunsets.

6 miles to Camp Helen State Park

14 miles to Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport

Celadon Beach Resort features two pools (one that is heated!) tennis courts, a work out facility, covered parking garage with covered air conditioned tunnel crossover to the condo, and 3 high speed air conditioned elevators.

2 beach chairs and umbrellas are provided with our condo during the months of March - October.

Important Notes:
• Check-in after 4:00PM, check out by 10:00AM
• You must be at least 25 years of age to rent.
• Celedon has a NO SMOKING policy. This is enforced at all areas of the resort including unit balconies. There is a designated smoking area on-site.
• A $45 dollar parking pass is required at the resort for on-site parking
• We have a zero-tolerance smoking and pet policy. OCTOBER 2024 GUESTS
Our HOA will be resurfacing our breezeways during the month of October. They are scheduled to be on our floor October 7th - 11th. The floor will be open, but there could be an inconvenience of construction during this time. Please be aware of this if you are booking during these dates.

Spring Break for our 6 year old.

This condo was absolutely amazing. Everything from the chairs to the pool to the room. One thing I noticed that was different from our room then the others was the ring door bell. Even though it was not for I use i loved knowing that it was there just a little extra safety. I felt like this condo is the perfect location for anyone looking for a family vacation or just a quiet vacation. Definitely looking forward to going back. 10/10 would recommend this condo!

Long weekend getaway

I could not have asked for a better long weekend getaway! A beautiful condo to stay in. The condo was clean and just as described. Easy to check in and out. John is great to communicate with and gives you all the information you need so you are set up for a relaxing stay! Elevators are quick in this building, easy to get your car unloaded and loaded with plenty of luggage carts available and ready to use. The beach is easy to access. The weather was great! I would definitely come back to stay here in this very condo or building if this condo isn’t available next time!

The owners of this property know what their customers are looking for! And they do a great job of catering to their guests. Updated, clean, organized, beautiful and clutter free. Celadon 1707 has a very relaxing, calming interior and a stunning view! Great location!

Just as described!

Perfect in every way! Bring your own beach towels and check in at the chair cabana to get your reserved chairs and parasol. No rushing downstairs at 8 am to get chairs! Great wifi to work remote.

Updated and comfortable

Rented this condo for a Mothers Day getaway with my Mom. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. The condo was exactly as pictured. The space feels updated, clean, and comfortable. The unit is close to the elevator for convenience, but far enough away to avoid any noise. Elevators came quickly, had air conditioning, and the walk from the elevator to the beach or pool was just a few steps. Beach area is well maintained, and the inclusion of beach chairs and umbrella was so helpful! The complex is located just outside of the most congested/traffic areas of PCB, which we appreciated. Would rent again.

Very uncomfortable bed and outdated condo

The bedding in this property was horrible. The mattress had a huge dip and my wife and I had four very uncomfortable nights of sleep to the point that we left a day earlier because of aching backs. The owner purchased a mattress pad of which we moved to the sofa sleeper but still did not help. The condo also had poor amenities such a cheap soap and hard towels that need to be updated as well as the patio chairs, table and the sofa in the living room was worn and dirty. This condo should be renovated and brought up to better quality standards. The drain in the hallway bathroom was clogged and the water took a long time to drain. The pans in the kitchen were too old and burned. I was dissuaded from cooking and the glassware was mixed-matched. The owners have a lot of work to do on this condo. It seems as if it was a starter condo or inherited from someone. I’m used to staying in Seaside and Watercolor but only stayed in Panama because of Seabreeze Jazz Festival. I was totally dissatisfied.

Wonderful getaway

We had a great experience staying in PCB. It was easy to get from the parking lot to the building, unit was well appointed and clean and decorated great. Love the view! Love that chair/umbrellas were included. Pools fun! Close to everything but chill atmosphere :)

Breathtaking/Beautiful Views.

Had a wonderful time, Views of ocean from balcony were wonderful. Condo was very clean, cozy and decorated perfectly. Condo came with everything we needed and much more to enjoy our trip. We will definitely book from same owner in the future.

Amazing place!!

The condo is exactly like it is listed! So comfortable, so clean, everything you need, and the views are amazing. So many great things all walking distance as well! Highly recommend Mikes Oysters if you love oysters. They are HUGE, so good, and the service is amazing. Thanks so much for everything. We did not want to leave! Thanks again. We will be back!

We love Celadon! Close enough to all the action but far enough away to have less crowded beaches and way less traffic. After touring many many resorts in Panama City Beach, we easily fell in love with Celadon.
