Wonderful Stay!

Our Stay was great. Resort did not seem too busy and beach was wonderful! Condo was clean and managers were very accommodating and responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay at this beautiful condo! The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The view was great and I liked that it was close enough to all the city activities to drive or even walk to some things, but far enough that there was not crazy traffic. Realistically, the condo could use some updating but it did not take away from our time at all. I recommend for a nice beach view stay!

Great stay in Panama City.

We loved our stay. The condo was clean and offered great views. Only issue was the door code we were given was incorrect. Had to stay in the heat until we got ahold of the owners who were super nice and helpful. Highly recommend this unit and owners. Our family loved our stay.

Great family vacation

It was the perfect condo and vacation for my family. We have two kids, ages 14 and 6, and they both had plenty to do with the two pools and beach. The unit was spacious and clean. Having two bathrooms makes things so nice.

Beath taking

Everything was smooth. Condo was just as described and was very clean. Love that its off of the main strip which made evenings watching the sunset enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.

We had such a great time!! My spouse, children and myself stayed in the condo. There was plenty of space, everything was impeccably clean, and the 8th floor view was absolutely perfect!! There is a Wal-Mart and Target close, if you forget anything, and pier park is just a few minutes away! We would definitely stay in this location again.

Family Vacation

Would definitely stay in this unit again. Very clean. Loved the renovations. Loved the king sized bed. Only suggestions I would give owner is the balcony needs more chairs, there is only on chair and a table so we couldn’t sit out on the balcony and enjoy the beautiful view. I understand before we went we couldn’t turn ac down below 73 from other reviews we read, so I suggest a box fan for bedroom. The ceiling fans helped, but it was in the 90’s with heat index in the 100s each day which made the bedroom very warm at night. Over all the condo was great and owners were very easy to get a hold of. We stay on the west end a lot when we come because it is more family oriented and quiet. Thank you for letting us rent your condo, we had a great week!

Great Location

The location is convenient with great views of the beach. The condo needs some attention and to be renovated. There are many floor tiles that are cracked. There was a nice size crack in the kitchen counter tops. The inside of the microwave was rusted. All of the furniture needs to be cleaned or reupholstered. The balcony furniture was all rusted and dingy. We did not feel it was stable enough to use. Although there was a Temper-Pedic mattress cover, it was covered in some form of plastic that made noise every time you moved. The springs on the top bunk of the bunk bed would be very uncomfortable to sleep on but fortunately we did not need to use it. Lastly, the hall bathroom had a sewage odor coming from the pipes. This may be a major issue with the plumbing in the building and not specific to the condo itself. I was annoyed the $30 parking fee was not included with the rental. It was stated on the listing but you would have to be looking for it to find it and it was not in the overall description of the property. With some love and care this condo has the potential to be AMAZING but the current condition is not ideal.

Host was easy to connect with ahead of time for a question. Decor is simple and perfect for my stay - seeking peaceful environment, beachfront, beautiful views, clean, bug-free, spacious. Nice to have keyless access. Did not use pool, but very easy access to beach with set up if desired. Nicely furnished balcony - two high chairs and two oversized and comfortable low chairs with table. Plenty of towels and washcloths, basic set up with roll of paper towels, bath tissue, soaps at every sink/tub, DW powder.

Great location, crappy condo

The unit was in sad shape. You could barely sit on the couch much less sleep the sleeper sofa. The balcony furniture was rusted out and broken on the legs so it wobbled back and forth. You can’t open the oven door all the way because it hits the refrigerator, extremely small kitchen. Broken, loose floor tiles. On the upside the location was perfect and the rest of the resort was spot on: heated pool, beach service, great available elevators. I would stay at Celeadon just not in this unit.
