We came into town to participate in a seminar on the A&M campus. This was a PERFECT location. Enough room for an air mattress if needed too. Everything was grand!!

As soon as we arrived we checked around the place and found no wash cloths and only 3 towels (we had a party of 4). Found half dried cloths in the dryer and wasn’t sure how long they’d been in there so was going to just rewash them but there was no soap. Found hairs on the sheets went to strip them and also found a giant yellowish brown stain on the mattress. Stain was too big to be drool so it’s either pee or pike. Sent the host a message (not about the stain found that after the message) and they said the sheets were absolutely washed but did say they’d bring by wash by cloths. We decided to just leave and stay at a motel 6 around the corner, that was cheaper than going and getting the supplies to properly clean this place.

The house was not clean at all. Both beds had dirty sheets with head and body hair on them. The comforter had what looked like crusty vomit on it and the soap in the bathroom was leaking everywhere. I reached out to the owner who offered no resolution.

Great Stay

We were in town for my sister's graduation. This place was perfect for us - much less expensive than any of the hotel rooms this weekend! Quiet, clean, safe, roomy. We had such fun laughing around the table!

This was a excellent getway from the storm and lack of power in Houston. The host communicated with me and asked about my needs before even checked in. The place was actually ready ahead of schedule. Would stay here again.

We will be back..

Great price and lots of space! Was enough for our teens to have space and privacy. The location was close to all the gyms we played in (sports tournament) and we had a laundry room to wash uniforms and a large fridge to store all our drinks and snacks! I’m happy to find this place and will return if we play another tournament in BCS.

Very Easy and Convenient

Having gone to school, living all over CS 30 yrs ago, I have no issue with these units. They are spacious, accommodating enough for a weekend. This wasn’t 5 star only because there were some things that my kids (24 & 21) didn’t appreciate (not VERY clean, odd smell, etc) However, the owner has things wonderfully set up, amazingly easy to get to and get in and out.

Overall a good stay

Overall we would stay here again. Just make sure you get your instructions on how to enter the property well before check in time. We didn't realize that we didn't get an email until almost check in time. We messaged the owner through the app and the property owner did respond and worked with us to get the lock code changed and didn't blow us off. We'd also didn't know which unit was ours... A, B, C. They sent the email and it had all of the info. The only dissapointment with the inside were that the pictures and description showed that there was plastic wrap for extra cleanliness on door handles etc which was not there when we arrived. There was only hand soap at the bathroom upstairs, not in downstairs bath (and hand towel missing) or kitchen. But parking was easy and convenient, kitchen was stocked with plates/pots/pans/utensils and extra comforter was in linen closet. We would recommend staying here and would come back again especially because the owner made sure that we were taken care of, which speaks volumes.
