The only shared area is the outdoor pool, which is shared with the other three townhomes in the building.

Other Things to Note:

This home features an elevator available for an additional $150 per stay. If you would like elevator access during your stay, please let us know when booking so we can prepare it in advance.

Please note the $150 fee reserves the elevator, but it doesn't guarantee use of the elevator. If the elevator is inoperable due to malfunction or repair, the fee will be refunded.

We own all three townhomes in this property. If you are traveling with a larger group and need more space, multiple units may be available.
