We really enjoyed the pool. We swam every morning before we started the day. The property is in a perfect location as it was fairly central to all the activities we had planned.

Great host!

We enjoyed our stay here. The pool was enjoyed by the kids. Beds were comfy. Host was very attentive to any needs that came up. Beaches and attractions were about 30 min from house depending on traffic.

House was clean and spacious. There were small inconveniences. No skimmer for the pool. Playset is in what we felt was an unsafe space so the kids couldnt play on it. The 3rd bedroom used to be the garage so it stays way warmer then the rest of the home. There were small ants in that bedroom as well that bit my grand daughters all over. It also felt like somebody else outside of the home was controlling the thermostat. The electronic lock on the front door did not work. We could not lock the door or we would not be able to get back in if no one was there.

Cozy home with a pool

We got to this VRBO after flying down from Minnesota with a lot of excitement to spend time in the warm Florida sun with our kids. Our intent was to make use of the property by doing the majority of the cooking at the house and enjoy the pool. Upon arriving we were met with a home that looked cozy and cute. We entered into a home that had a funny smell and was somewhat dirty, the floors were very sticky and the edges looked like they hadn’t been swept in months. The kitchen lacked many basic items making alot of cooking next to impossible, I ended up spending time and money on things from Walmart to make it possible to make meals. The pots and pans were in terrible shape- peeling Teflon. The grill they have in the photos is not useable as it’s rusting out and they don’t supply grilling tools. Having the pool was nice but it was also dirty and lacking basic upkeep and yard maintenance. The toys were moldy but the owner promptly ordered more toys for our kids. She was great to us and super responsive. The AC didn’t work at the house, we spent most of our time outside during the day or were gone to the beach so we made do without, since it cooled off at night we managed ok. I can see where this would be an issue for some people so felt like it should be mentioned. All in all I don’t think we will stay here again, it was a cheaper VRBO and since the pool was heated and it had lots of beds for our kids we chose this one. Next time we will pay a little more.

Great location. Pretty easy to get too. The one room with the bunk beds are on the opposite end of the house from the master bedroom… I do wish that room (since it’s the kids room) was closer together. The bunk bed room also had its own door to the outside which I didn’t care for. The kids loved the pool and the pool toys that were available were wonderful. The host gives you the code the day you are arriving even though vrbo sends you a bunch of messages saying you should have received it. She gives good instructions and was very easy to access.
