Guest Room 1 (Upstairs): Two queen beds
Guest Room 2 (Downstairs): One queen bed – private entrance and en-suite bath, perfect for added privacy
Living Room: Queen-size pull-out sofa

Additional features include:
4 Smart TVs (one in each bedroom) – stream from your apps or phone
Blackout curtains in all bedrooms

Smoke-free home
Dog-friendly (max 2 dogs, with additional pet fee) – Sorry, no cats due to family allergy

The yard is partially fenced around the house for pets, but note: there is no fencing along the waterfront, so children and pets should be supervised. Life jackets and paddles are provided (use at your own risk).
