Comfortable and Quiet Condo near the Village and NC State

Renovated unit near The Village area of Raleigh! This unit has been totally renovated similar to our other available unit and has a new kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances as well as a king bed, comfortable living room with small dining area. Bathroom is modern in design with a walk in shower. Unit also has a washer and dryer and all amenities you'd expect. The Village is an excellent location in Raleigh with great shopping, a starbucks, restaurants, gym, drug store and full service grocery store. 1983530 is our other unit that we own so please check it out too! Upgraded to Google WiFi 1 GB and added 2nd AC in bedroom for your comfort!

The condo is immaculate and charming but very damp. The location is superior an easy stroll to the Village District. Condo grounds need improvement. Host is superior.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your staying with us and glad that you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry you felt the unit was damp. This was the weekend where the remnants of tropical storm Isias came through the area, so it has been a bit more humid than usual at this time of year. I've never had this concern previously but always feel free to crack a window or run the AC cooler if there is ever a concern that it feels humid to you during your stay. If ever a concern for a future guest, we'd be happy to have a dehumidifier available during your stay if brought to our attention.

Thank you for your review, Chris, and for staying with us. I was unaware of the issue until the night prior to Chris' leaving when it was brought to our attention and as a courtesy we provided a $50.00 refund to the client. The next am we rebooted the system and the internet seems fine. We've had Spectrum here for years without service issue except intermittent Spectrum outage. That said - we are now changing to Google fiber for a more secure service going forward as well as higher speed. As hosts we are always happy to address any issue we're made aware of in a timely manner.

My wife and I stayed here, and had a fantastic stay! The home was cozy and comfortable. Communication with the host was great too - we received several great tips of local places to check out while we were in town, which we greatly appreciated!

The condo was as advertised; clean, comfortable and well equipped. It was within walking distance to everything I needed. Stephen was beyond accommodating and helpful with any questions I had.

We moved to Raleigh 24 years ago from Charleston, SC. We have loved the Raleigh area. Will is a GC and does home renovation in the area and I am a physician working at a local CRO. We have also renovated several of our own homes over the last 24 years. We really enjoy renovating properties for others as well as ones that we've kept and used for rental in the Raleigh area.

This is our 2nd unit in the same building in Raleigh that is located w/in easy walking distance to The Village and is about 1-2 miles from the vibrant Glenwood South area and NC State. There are various restaurants that are within walking distance as well as shopping, antiquing, and bars available. The area is an older/contemporary building and both units that we own are fully renovated with new kitchen/appliances and an open/modern to contemporary feel.
