The kitchen is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, kettle, coffee maker, cookware, tableware and wine glasses. The apartment has a washer and a dryer. There is a workspace and desk.



The bathroom is stocked with towels, hair dryer, shampoo, body soap and hot water. Air conditioning throughout the apartment.

The apartment door opens with a code we send you before you arrive, so there are no keys to pick up.

Unicentro: shopping, dining, supermarkets and everyday essentials.



The Medellín Metro and the rest of the public transport network are easy to reach, which makes it straightforward to visit Comuna 13, Plaza Botero and Parque Explora.
