This property sits in the heart of Irvine, just minutes away from UCI, South Coast Plaza, Newport Beach, and Disneyland! The community is quite new with amenities such as outdoor pools, fitness center, parks, and more. Lastly, the unit is extremely safe as key fob access is required for building entry and the community has 24 hour security.
