LEI' BY THE SEA-Looking for a unique, modern home for a retreat from the ordinary? Come and enjoy this distinctive home curated for your comfort. Thinking you'd like to recline by the pool, relax in one of the two living rooms or make a culinary creation in the well appointed kitchen? This home is perfect for the vacation experience. Centrally located just 15 minutes from Siesta Key Beach or 30 minutes from Anna Maria beaches so you can spend time enjoying the local sights!

This home has plenty of space to gather together or spread out. With 3 queen beds in each tastefully designed bedroom and 2 living rooms, there is an abundance of options for your rest and relaxation. Whether you're looking for a quiet nook for some light reading or enjoying a movie together, you will be able to do that at this well appointed home.
Outside you will find an updated paved pool deck with pool loungers and a seating area for 4 as well as a plethora of pool items for your enjoyment. There is a fenced yard and rock landscaping surrounding the property which allows for some true fun in the Florida sun.
Close to everything you could want for a Florida vacation: beaches, the downtown district, lots of shopping and dining options and of course all the unique cultural experiences in this area.

Lei by the Sea

Lei by the sea was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The pool was fantastic, like a little oasis! Would absolutely recommend and look forward to coming back!!

Close to the main freeway which we needed as we were traveling between Bradenton and Venice working on Hurricane cleanup

Nice, clean, spacious house

We really enjoyed our week staying at this house. Overall it was a great experience! We spent some time in the pool, although it was not heated so the water was pretty cold. The owner responded quickly and brought us a few things that were missing.

Weakness

Pool was not cleaned all week. Need to fix the keyless entry.

The pool is serviced twice during the week and was definitely serviced the week of your stay, however since the pool does not have a screen and that week was extremely windy, there was most likely more leaves and debris from the trees that ended up in the pool even after the cleaning.
