Get away from it all in this lovely condo, featuring beautiful ocean views from a comfortably furnished balcony. Enjoy cooling off in central air conditioning after a long day at the beach. The gorgeous full kitchen is furnished with full-size appliances and outfitted with a modern-style backsplash and cabinets. You'll love the coastal-style decor throughout the space, including the unique bedroom sets. Each bedroom features a ceiling fan to help you relax at your own comfort level. The private washer/dryer set will help you be ready to head to the beach at a moment's notice. But no judgement if you want to linger on the balcony and take in the view, especially as the sun goes down.

THINGS TO KNOW
**PLEASE NOTE**
Emerald Isle will soon begin a comprehensive elevator modernization project to improve the safety and reliability of our building’s vertical transportation system. The project is scheduled to commence on Monday, August 11, 2025, and will temporarily reduce elevator service to one operational elevator for the duration of the work. The project is anticipated to last approximately 28 weeks.

Work Schedule and Site Activity
• Contractors will be onsite Monday through Thursday, working 10-hour shifts from 6:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
• In consideration of residents, noise will be minimized prior to 8:00 a.m.
• Two cranes will be used during portions of the project. Please exercise caution in and around the parking areas when equipment is in operation.

Access and Wait Times
During the modernization, only one elevator will be available for residents and guests. As a result, longer wait times should be expected. We encourage the use of stairwells whenever possible and appreciate your cooperation in helping to reduce congestion.
We understand this project may cause temporary inconvenience, but it is a critical investment in our building’s infrastructure. Your patience and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 11.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Too many access codes to memorize. 10 digits for the condo door seems a little extreme. Gotta pull out the cellphone or a piece of paper every time. The door to the master bedroom would not shut all the way. One elevator for a 17 story condo is a BIG problem. I can’t imagine what it would be like in peak season — let me know when it’s fixed and I’ll come back again. Curtains to bedroom broken closure mechanism. There’s a bright “burn-in” spot in the center of the main room TV. When they say no cooking or essentials, they mean it. Not even some cheap salt & pepper shakers in the cabinet, so bring EVERYTHING you need. Regarding communications, we asked a couple of questions regarding specifics about the place and they weren’t answered in timely fashion — one of the 2 questions not answered until we had already left to go. The sofa sleeper needs an upgrade. The extra pillows in the master closet need replacing. Location is GREAT. Clean and ice bin full on arrival.

Perfect girls trip

We loved this cute unit. Everything is just as it appears in pictures. We did not come to cook and it didn’t matter at all that the oven was broken. The balcony view is outstanding. There was ample seating inside and outside and the furniture was comfortable. There are lots of books for anyone who likes to read. Using the TV was a little confusing with multiple remotes, but Nick with Vacasa was super helpful in assisting us. Emerald Isle is my new favorite place to stay on Pensacola Beach! Location cannot be beat, right on the beach and within walking distance to so many great places to eat. Security was great! Best advice if staying here: be prepared to wait at the elevators. There are only two and one was out of service. Write down all of your parking registration codes, entrance code, gate code, unit code. They are different and you won’t be able to get in without them.

Great view

Perfect location with a great view from the balcony. The check-in process was a bit clunky - several different emails and texts each with different codes you'd need. It could definitely be streamlined. The condo had everything we needed and was very comfortable.

Nice, LOTS of security

The condo was gorgeous, very clean, and well appointed. The condo building itself was clean and nice as well but there were three different PINs and codes needed toEnter the property, get in the door, & park your car. Vacasa sent some but not all needed codes. Had to ask for the code to the condo itself. Juggling which numbers go where made it hard to get around, relax, & be carefree.Vacasa Mgmt could make it easier and send all codes in one text or document email rather than multiple text messages.

Amazing views!

Great place and very clean. It's wonderful having a heated pool, and the hot tub was nice to have. This property is very well maintained. The views were amazing and this is close to many shops and restaurants. All furniture was comfortable and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would definitely return to this property.

Really Enjoyed Our Stay

The unit was very nice and comfortable for 5. The bathrooms were super nice and the master shower was awesome. I also really liked the chairs on the balcony with the pullout footrests. Made it feel big! Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Had a few issues

Oven did not work. Water leaking from vents with mold around it. Water leaking from ceiling in master bedroom and dripping onto bed. Mattress is worn out!

We’ve stayed at Ermerald Isle many times and this is definitely our favorite unit. Very clean with updated appliances. Love the bathrooms and very comfortable patio furniture. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Great rental, poor property management response time

The rental was fantastic but I will be less likely to rent through Vacasa in the future. We brought an issue to their attention 2 days into our stay (oven wouldn’t work). The only response they provided was “I’m sure that’s frustrating.” No attempt to repair it or remedy the situation.

It was nice

Cleanliness of the fans, dust on curtains, too much furniture for the size condo. We felt like the first bedroom and bathroom had a odor like black mold. The kitchen was amazing as well as the location. Shelby is by far fantastic and those individuals who worked at the condo are so friendly as well as helpful.

Beach Bliss

We had a nice relaxing stay here for the most part. The unit is nice and a convenient location to local shopping and dining. The view is amazing as you look over one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Our biggest frustration was the tv as it is Fall football season and MLB playoffs. The unit description says it has cable but it rarely worked and couldn’t get most of the channels. When I called the management company they asked me when I could be available to wait for the cable company to come out. I reminded them that I was paying them for my vacation rental. I feel they should reimburse me part of my payment for the false advertising of having cable tv in the unit.

Blue Angel Weekend

The location of this resort was perfect to watch the Blue Angels on Pensacola Beach. The wifi wasn't great, but it was also an extremely busy weekend. The rooms weren't exactly clean, the beds were made but the floors were quite dirty still.

Clean condo awful customer service

The condo itself was clean, but none of the door codes worked ever, one elevator was broken to the point that the fire department had to come get someone out and the parking situation was a nightmare. My check in email along with signs posted on the property stated that my vehicle would be towed if it wasn’t registered however the system would not allow me to register. I tried contacting Vacasa dozens of times by phone and text. No one ever answered by phone and the texts went on until 2am with no resolution. I spent my entire first day and a half of my vacation worried that my car would be towed. I finally contacted another leasing company in the area that told me that they wouldn’t actually tow my car. We had to wait outside the front doors and pool doors to get inside because none of the codes I was given ever worked. I firmly asked Vacasa to have a human call me on the phone and it was 2 days before someone actually called and she still had no resolution. She refunded me $190. I have no clue where that amount came from, but I should get a full refund! I’m absolutely floored that this company is even in business. They were not easy to work with at all. These are just a few of the issues we had. There were plenty more. It’s unfortunate that the owners of the condo choose to use this company because their condo is nice, but I will never rent from Vacasa again.
