Welcome to Tequila Sunset, a newly remodeled bayfront retreat located on the peaceful shores of Copano Bay in Rockport, Texas. This spacious, pet-friendly home features 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests—ideal for family getaways, fishing trips, or relaxing waterfront escapes. Up to two dogs are welcome to join in on the fun.

Step outside and take in sweeping views of Copano Bay from your private covered deck, complete with a hot tub, fenced yard, and access to your very own 325-foot private fishing pier. Equipped with two 1000-watt sport lights, the pier offers an unbeatable nighttime fishing experience. Spot dolphins, birds, and stunning sunsets from the comfort of the deck—or head down to the sandy shoreline for flounder gigging.

Inside, the upper level boasts an open-concept living room and kitchen with large windows overlooking the water. A fully equipped kitchen features new quartz countertops, bar seating, and dining with a view. A 75” cable TV offers evening entertainment. The primary king suite opens onto the deck and includes an en suite bath with walk-in shower. Additional bedrooms upstairs and downstairs offer a mix of bunks, queens, and twins, ideal for larger groups. Beautiful spot

House was clean and spacious. Pier was great, but fishing was slow. Nice place! The only thing that was a negative was how much the fees were. The fees from the host (Kitty's) were $780 + and VRBOb together were as much almost as much as the whole house rental. My fault I should have looked closer and only rented from an owner with no extra host fees.

Wonderfully quiet retreat

This was a great property to stay at! The house was clean upon arrival and had everything we needed (It even has a spare freezer in the garage for the catch of the day). The was more than enough room for all 5 of us to have down time and the common area was a nice spot to hang out in. I loved the covered patio that allowed you to be outside to enjoy the breeze, but be out of the sun. We had room to dock our boat and made great use of the dock. This one has been saved to my favorites and we will be back!

Family time

Had a really good time. Rented this for family for my moms 80th birthday. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice big kitchen and living area. Plenty of bathrooms. Everything was clean and very nice. Brought our pups, they really loved the big yard. Fishing pier was very nice. The weather was not great, but plenty of room inside for family time.

Everything was good except couple of roaches here and there...maybe with little bit of pesticide will take care of them but overall the location and house was excellent.....

Peaceful Getaway!

This was our extended family's first time getting a house together and this was a great choice. The upstairs portion of the home is very nice and well equipped (tho TP and dishwasher pods were a bit short). The downstairs was nice for those that wanted to stay up later. I do wish the downstairs entrance from the inside of the house wasn't thru the garage but that's a small oddity for the space you receive. Overall, it was a peaceful quiet beautiful spot and we enjoyed watching the sunset each night.

We had a great time !

The house was perfect and very clean . Had a great time fishing didn’t catch a lot of keepers but caught a 5.5 foot alligator Gar which was a lot of fun and 2 stingrays . I would tell anyone that goes there to bring a wagon because it’s a lot to walking from house to end of pier.

Tequila Sunset is the perfect beach vacation home. The views are spectacular at all times of day, especially with sunset and sunrise. The home has been meticulously updated and made us feel welcome as we walked through the door. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, many great areas to hangout with friends and family. Close driving distance to downtown where we ate dinner and had a wonderful time shopping. Would recommend Tequila Sunset to absolutely everyone. The best stocked kitchen of any place we have ever stayed. More stocked than my own kitchen, and I love to cook! We spent much time in the amazing hot tub! We had a wonderful experience with booking and getting set up with the house!

Fabulous property, very clean and nicely decorated. We loved having access to our own private pier and on clear and mild evenings it is a real treat to be out there with the fishing lights on. The property is pet-friendly and our dogs had a great time in the yard and hanging out on the spacious upstairs deck. Loved the security of pet gates to keep them safe and contained. You can't beat the views here, you can watch the sun set as it dips into Copano Bay. Very prompt! Thanks for accommodating our pets.

Tequila Sunrise - Great House!

We came into town in January expecting cold weather, but it was 70 degrees the whole trip and beautiful. The fishing peer was great, caught trout and enjoyed sitting outside. Highly recommended for a family or group of duck hunters as the home provided space for 5 guys and was very comfortable.

Beautiful beach property

We had such a wonderful weekend. Home was large and comfortable. Very clean. Took our pets and the huge yard going down to the pier was fenced in. They totally relaxed also.
