Perfect for our needs with two large bedrooms with King beds. Close to attractions and covered parking. Short Uber trip to down town. Kitchen well supplied. Lots of stairs to get to the third floor bedroom but no big issue for us. Great host communication. Washer and dryer were a plus!

The condo was a comfortable stay. Learning the locks to the doors was a bit tricky, but we got it. It was located in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed walking to Parthenon. I would rent this unit again!

Nice neighborhood. Clean property except for one lady's sock found behind a couch. Has everything you should need when i comes to kitchen utensils. Comfy king sozed beds. Huge rooms. Nice little balconies on each floor.

Great location/Great place

The property was excellent! Spacious bedrooms. Great location close to everything you might want (a few minutes from downtown, 12 south, hiking areas and parks...etc). Very well suited for family or friend groups. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described and functioned properly. The host is easy to get a hold of. The property is very convenient to almost anything you could want or need : only 15 mins to airport, 15 to downtown uber, grocery around the corner, etc. the extra, small beds reportedly were fine to sleep on according to my friends in the group.

First floor with kitchen and living room was very cold and uncomfortable. That floor is above open garage area below and cold air permeated through the floor. In addition cold air poured through the front door and first floor windows, being poorly insulated. If you cranked up the heat, the two upper bedrooms were unreasonably too hot. Stairs going to top two floors are also pretty steep. We would not rerent.

This Vrbo was perfect for my husband and I to meet up with another couple for our annual get-together. The spacious bedrooms with king beds and ensuite bathrooms were comfortable and allowed for us to easily get ready to hit the town. We appreciated each area was in charge of its own thermostat, since we like to sleep cooler. The kitchen had all the utensils and equipment needed, coffee three ways if we wanted (Keurig, French Press, and filter machine). Also, loved the proximity to the Parthenon, where we toured, then hopped on the Old Town Trolley tour. Any requests we had for Mark, he responded to quickly.

First year completed at Belmont!

Had a wonderful time here while picking up my daughter from her first year at Belmont. Enjoyed the short drive to campus, the downtown and nearby shopping and dining. If you like jazz, strongly recommend Rudy’s in town!

The location of this property was perfect! It was a short uber to Broadway and a reasonable Uber to Belle Meade/Cheekwood areas. We had two couples in our party and the size of the place was perfect. It was very clean. As others mention, the parking is tight. We had two pickup trucks and we were wedged in there pretty well. Fortunately, the spaces directly across from us were unoccupied during our visit so it was maneuverable. It is a three story property with living space on the main level, one bedroom on the second floor and one on the third. This worked for us just fine but if anyone has mobility issues it may be a problem. All in all it was an excellent stay! Be sure to eat at Tito’s, the Mexican restaurant up the road. It’s an easy walk with excellent food and drinks!

We enjoyed our time in Nashville, very convenient location. The stairs were a bit challenging for us old folks, but that’s not your fault. The unit was relatively clean. One suggestion is you could upgrade some of your pillows. Other than that it was a perfect vacation! Thank you!

The Condo was in a great location. Felt very safe and no problems with noise. Short walk to Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Easy Check-in process. Just know there are 3 floors. So if you forget something in your bedroom you may be climbing up 2 flights of stairs.

Overall a great place and location. Very clean and cozy. The door code process was very difficult and took us over 30 minutes with multiple messaging with the owner to get in. Parking garage is terrible unless you have a very small car. Our midsize suv was a difficulty but you can park on the street.

Just Right!!

The property was perfect for us here for our daughters' college orientation. The property has everything you could want or need; everything was very clean and well maintained. Great, secure parking area directly under the unit, just walk up the stairs and you are there. Very convenient to everything downtown or in the West End music row area. The first floor is a very comfortable living space to hang out in with a nice well-equipped kitchen and a very convenient half bath. Second floor bedroom and bathroom are a very nice size and extremely comfortable. second floor washer and dryer are very nice. Third floor bedroom is very large and has a large and comfortable king bed and a great bathroom, Water pressure is great even on the third floor. Nice high ceilings make the bedrooms feel very good. Great communication from host who generously allowed us in a little early. Great accommodating and attentive hosts and a great unit - Thanks for a great stay!!
