Welcome to Bluebird & Barrels, a sexy hideaway designed by Nashville’s own Megan Soto! This downtown condo is equipped with a swimming pool, fitness room and gated parking garage (with an assigned spot!). Spend the day exploring many of the popular restaurants, hot spots, coffee shops and bars within walking distance. Then return to a modern paradise where the fun continues! Enjoy a drink on the balcony or sit back and enjoy dinner with a view. This 1 Bedroom condo sleeps 6 comfortably.

That means you’re close enough to dive into the fun, but just far enough to come home to a quiet, comfortable place when the night winds down.

We designed it with Music City soul and just the right amount of swagger, thanks to the wildly talented Megan Soto, whose interior designs have recently caught fire online! Megan brought her magic to every nook and cranny, blending cozy textures, bold patterns, and a touch of Southern charm. The result? A space that feels like a front row seat to Nashville’s creative energy.
