Enjoy the serenity you'll experience when you walk into this newly built cottage with its beautiful gardens and thoughtful touches throughout. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and with a beautiful park right across the street, your time away from home will be enjoyable with all there is to offer; from the patio with a BBQ right outside your door, to the park with basketball, tennis courts, playgrounds & picnic. A fully stocked house allows you to pack your bags and leave the rest to us.

This house is in a perfect location right across the street from a popular park with basketball and tennis courts, BBQ’s, a playground and expansive lawns.

We’re in a quiet neighborhood and yet close to shopping and many tourist spots. 5-8 minutes to Walmart, Target, Costco, Trader Joe’s and many restaurants.

Santa Maria is in the middle of it all! We’re just 20 min to Pismo or Avila Beaches and Vandenberg Space Force Base (VASB), 30 min to Solvang, 45 min to San Luis Obispo and 60 min to Santa Barbara.

We’re in the middle of wine country so take your pick of tours you’d like. You can see more in my guidebook once you’re booked.

We’re also almost half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles making it a good place to stop if you’re driving through.

While in Santa Maria, don’t forget to try our famous Santa Maria style BBQ at one of the restaurants mentioned in my guidebook.

You’ll find the most moderate weather here in the whole country! We’re usually in the 70’s year round, dipping to 50's-60’s in the cooler months and 40’s at night.

The cottage is lovely and just as described! The place was super easy to find and check-in was a breeze. It had everything you need and more. I stayed with my family and my kids loved the home even enjoyed the games/toys. The bed was one of the most comfortable and clean beds we’ve stayed in and would highly recommend the cottage. Will definitely book again!

Excellent quiet retreat

This property exceeded our expectations. The backyard garden was gorgeous and we enjoyed the calm, quiet and beautiful surroundings. Nice Stay in the Cottage

We stayed at the Parkside cottage for 3 nights. It’s in a nice location with a few parks across the street and nearby. The hosts were friendly, their yard is beautiful, and the cottage is exactly as depicted in the pictures.

Lovely home away from homd

The cottage was adorable, nestled in amongst a beautiful garden. We loved our stay because of all the special details that were included. The only issue we had was the bed being extremely hard for our taste, which made it rather difficult to sleep. But, everything else was just perfect.

Terrific house

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

This property was beautifully built and has so many perks. The 1 bedroom cottage has a barn door that closes off the hall with the bedroom and bathroom to allow more privacy if there's people in the rest of the living space. The new kitchen offers many amenities for cooking, truly letting you just bring your suitcase. With the park across the street and the cottage's central location, it's the perfect spot to relax while still getting around to all the local hot spots like wineries, beaches, hiking, parks, shopping and restaurants.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Having a large park across the street definitely has it's perks! Basketball courts, tennis courts, playground for the kids, and plenty of grass for a picnic.

Santa Maria's central location is ideal for people driving up and down the coast or visitors wanting to be close to the beach but not pay the beach house prices. We're just 20 min away from Pismo Beach, 25 from Avila Beach (must go to Avila Barn also!), 8-10 min to hiking trails, many wineries close by, 30 min to Solvang, 60 min to Santa Barbara, 35 min to San Luis Obispo and 20 min to VSFB.
