Very nice space. It had everything that we needed and had lots of towels and blankets. If you like a modern, sleek, clean place to stay, this is the one. It was close to many things as well, 10 min to the store, beach, everything.

Great stay!

The home was spacious enough for our big family and had everything we needed and more. Everything was perfect during our stay. I couldn’t figure out how to get in but Melissa was great and communication was quick and easy and got it in quickly. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

It was such a pleasure hosting your group! We’re thrilled that the house had plenty of room for all the families to spread out and that the kids had a great time in the backyard. We try to go the extra mile by fully stocking the kitchen and garage so you can focus on making memories rather than running errands, so I’m glad you felt well-prepared. Thank you for the kind words about our responsiveness—you were wonderful guests, and we’d love to have your crew back anytime!

Great Family Vacation Home!

Stayed in Nipomo for our annual Family vacation with our grown children and grandchildren. Very kid-friendly home and safe neighborhood. Melissa was a wonderful host, check in was super easy - home was delightful with great bedrooms, comfy beds, and everyone loved having their own bathroom! The Family room with pool table and 3 pull-out couches was amazing for the grandkids! We loved spending time on the beautiful grounds, making s’mores on the outdoor built-in grill and the short drive to Pismo Beach! Plenty of parking for our car, truck and our travel trailer! Highly recommend and would stay again!

Spacious and lovely!

This house is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has very nice amenities. Each bedroom has a king size bed with an ensuite, tv and plenty of closet space. While there is no air conditioning, we stayed during a heat wave and were still comfortable with opening windows and using several available ceiling fans. This house is updated and beautiful, you will not be disappointed!!!

Thank you for the fantastic review! We are so pleased that you enjoyed the spacious layout and that the king-sized suites provided everyone with their own comfortable retreat. It’s great to hear that the 'fabulous' kitchen and amenities met your needs, and we're especially glad that the ceiling fans and cross-breeze kept you cool and comfortable even during a heat wave! We take a lot of pride in keeping the home updated and beautiful, and your recommendation means the world to us. We'd love to host you again!

Entire house has been newly remodeled, and it was perfect for a family of 7. Good location, easy access, open layout kitchen/dinning area to entertain all the kids, and well stocked with kitchen items for meals. Nice covered patio for cool evenings and mornings outside.
