Located in a safe, quiet residential neighborhood just 5 minutes off the freeway, so you perfectly positioned to explore all the Central Coast has to offer.



The Space:

The ground floor is designed for effortless connection and entertainment, offering two separate living areas so everyone in your group can find their own rhythm. The main gathering hub features a large, open-concept kitchen and dining room that flows seamlessly into a cozy secondary living space. Here, you can gather around the fireplace or host an epic movie night on the massive 85-inch Smart TV. If you need to blend work with play, you'll find a dedicated work-from-home desk space downstairs, making remote productivity seamless. When you're ready for some fresh air, step through the dining room slider into the expansive, newly landscaped backyard. This fully fenced outdoor oasis offers plenty of room for your furry friends to roam safely, alongside comfortable outdoor dining furniture and an umbrella for al fresco meals.



Head upstairs to discover five beautifully appointed bedrooms designed for maximum rest and relaxation. AMENITIES:

We provide towels, toiletries such as hand soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner, coffee, salt & pepper, oil & trash can liners.



ENTRY:

There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 72 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.



EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECKOUT:

Early check-in may be available depending on the schedule and for an additional fee. Late checkout is not available.



PARKING:

There are two parking spaces in the garage, two in the driveway and additional parking on the street.



THE DRIVE:

The house is very easy to find, the home is just a few minutes from the 101.



INTERNET:

The house has reliable high speed internet throughout the entire space.

You can log into your Hulu, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. accounts with the Smart TVs.



OUTDOOR SPACE:

The back yard is completely enclosed for our furry friends. Please pick up after your pets! There is an outdoor dining table, chairs and umbrella



BEDROOMS:

There are 5 bedrooms, four rooms have queen beds and the primary suite features a king bed. There are two couches as well that can each fit a single person. The home can accommodate up to 12 guests.



KITCHEN:

Fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, and all basic kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Plates/Cups/Utensils/Spices/Oil/Coffee



LAUNDRY:

There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and sink. Laundry soap is provided.



GYM:

The gym is located in the garage. All guests must sign a waiver in the rental agreement in order to use the gym. Guests use at your own risk.



SECURITY:

Security cameras are located at the front and sides of the house for your security. However, there are NO cameras inside the home or in the backyard.



RENTAL AGREEMENT:

A rental agreement must be signed upon booking.



If you happen to leave an item behind, we can ship it back to you. Guest is responsible for associated shipping costs.
