This 2 bedroom unit is located on the 1st Floor. Carpet and tile, new washer and dryer, Extra features include: 3 TVs,iron, and ironing board
Brigadune Condominiums are located on a narrow coastal peninsula that is bordered by the ocean and a saltwater tidal inlet. Enjoy great views and project amenities that include: an ocean front pool, sundeck, security, two new elevators, laundry rooms on every other floor, barbecue picnic area, beach shower, and convenient beach accesses.
Convenient unassigned open parking is limited to two vehicles per unit during the summer season.
UNIT IS LIMITED TO THE NUMBER OF PERSONS ALLOWED UNDER LISTED OCCUPANCY
NO SMOKING, NO MOTORCYCLES/TRAILERS
NO PETS ALLOWED

Our Vacation

We love the Brigadune. We've stayed here many times but this was first time at beach level. Made it much easier moving in for the week and going to the beach. Will want to rent again in the future. Unit was in great condition and very relaxing. Thanks for making our vacation so memorable.

Location location

Perfect for couple, especially with mobility issues. Full access to outside no stairs. Literally on the beach. Interior pretty and beachy, extremely comfortable beds.

Condo was really nice and clean. Love the area

NO problem renting prior to arrival. We did not get in condo until 515 with cleaning lady still cleaning kitchen. The property manager would tell us they had 30 units to clean. That was his problem not mine . The property very nice and clean.

Nice place we always stay at the Brigadune master bath shower was terrible no pressure bed was uncom

It was ok we like the property nice place except for master bed and shower in master bedroom good enough for a week

We had a great time spending our vacation at this location. The check in process was quick and easy. The location of the property was wonderful. We love being on the 1s floor. Easy access to the beach and swimming pool. All the rooms had plenty of room in them. I love having the washer/dryer in the rental unit. Makes it so convenient to wash bathing suits and beach towels. The wifi was great to have so my husband could check his work emails. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed for the weeks worth of cooking. The only complaint that we had was that the 2nd bedroom is located right outside of the elevators of the building. At times you can hear all the traffic coming in and out of the elevators. Other than that we had a blast staying here. We hope to be able to come back and rent this unit again in the future.

Perfect Location

This property is a walk out, right on the ocean/beachfront. It's the best location at Brigadune. No need to go into the lobby and up the elevator to your condo. It has a partially covered patio where you can sit in the sun/shade. The patio has a beautiful raised flowerbed. The bedrooms and living area are large areas with beautiful furnishings. I have wonderful pictures that I wish I could share with you. Book it! You won't be disappointed.
