Nice 4 Bedroom Home on the North end of Ocean lakes

NEWLY RENOVATED!! This home is fully furnished including air-conditioning, color cable TV, and complete kitchen facilities.
Linens are not provided for this home.
You need only bring sheets, bath, kitchen and beach towels (unless you choose our affordable linen rentals) and paper products. Rental Linen Packages are available at an additional cost (7 days advanced notice required).
Many amenities: Water Park, 18 hole putt putt, outdoor and indoor pool, several play grounds, basketball courts and shuffle board. Game room. Weekly activities such as Bingo, shows and church. Golf cart rentals daily or weekly. Drive right up to the beach with a golf cart.
This four bedroom, four bath home with two levels of front porches is ideal for a family vacation. Located away from the noise and congestion in a quiet section of Ocean Lakes on Octopus Dr, but only a short golf cart ride to the beach and activities.
Bring your own golf cart or rent from the on site cart rentals. Linens for bath and bedding can be added can be added for an additional fee if requested.

We really liked the house and the location. House keeping did not completely do their part before check in. Downstairs' floor was dirty, half eaten cinnamon buns were left in the oven, the sheets had footprints on them, the towel were folded nicely like they were clean, but when unfolded there were dirty spots on them, and there was a trash bag under one of the beds upstairs. I was so happy I brought my own towels and sheets. The house itself was nice. It just needed to be cleaned better. All in all great stay, just remember to bring your own linens.

Very nice.

The house was just as expected. Roomy and clean and in a quiet part of the park. The only negative has nothing to do with the house. Ocean lakes is fun for kids and teens. The beach is so crowded you are literally elbow to elbow. And you have to wait in traffic to get in and out of the park unless it’s early morning or late evening. I’m sure some liked being packed in like sardines. Lol. But this old boy won’t try that again.

We loved our stay at this house!! It was exactly like stated in app..

This house and area was amazing had everything we needed right there!! I would rent here again or in the area!! House was clean and everything you needed for a great vacation.. The cards and games was an extra bonus teens loved being able to play cards on the balconies!! The only thing I would say bad is the furniture should be updated..

Some what disappointed

What you get with this property: A house that needs to be pressure washed, a rotting boardwalk, walls that need to be painted, carpets that need to be cleaned, and furniture that needs to be replaced. Oh and a cleaning fee. But the bedrooms and bathrooms are nice, the kitchen is adequate and the washer and dryer is a plus. What you don't get with this property: A back door key, linens, toilet paper, soap, a golf cart, or a decent grill. But at least it's Ocean Lakes! On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a 4

Wonderful Experience

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for traveling with two families! We all had our private bathrooms. The beds were very comfortable also. We loved the quiet street with friendly neighbors who stay all year around. If we return to Ocean Lakes we will definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving getaway

This property was exactly as described and ended up being perfect for my family. I was easily able to contact Jim and extend my stay for one more day. The decor in the house was beachy and cute. Ocean Lakes is a friendly place and everyone waves at you everywhere you go on the property.

Beautiful home away from home

Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. The check in process was easy and anytime I had a question even before the trip the manager got right back with me. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need except a pizza cutter and a potato pealer. Every bedroom had a bathroom which comes in handy with a big family. Loved the big porch right off the living room. Would definitely stay again.

Great house

This house was perfect for our three family trip to the beach. It was clean, ac worked great, and each bedroom having their own attached bathroom was a huge plus!

Love vacationing at Ocean Lakes

We’ve been visiting Ocean Lake for years & love the place. This is our first time at this property. House was nice and looked clean upon first arrival, however, we noticed right away that it needed some deep cleaning. We had to clean the floors as our feet were black from walking on it & had to clean the ceiling fans before we could turn them on. We also never received a contract & we have at every other property that we’ve stayed at. Overall we had a great vacation & the home was plenty big enough for our family of 8.

House was not what expected

Walked in to appear to be ok home that night bugs roachs came from everywhere call reality company send pest control out but still was told about motorcycle having to towed in and out and fees for parking person we spoke with knew we was bringing motorcycle s to ride and never spoke of any issues house isn’t worth the headache Then knowing I was on vacation there a construction company shows up to repair s to home and delivered roofing materials. Was woke up to move my truck for this and had no peace while was here I didn’t like fact property management put back on homeowner and yet we requested our money back due to bugs and was declined. Don’t rent this home
