Property needs improvements
Access to the beach is convenient, but the property needs som tlc. Master shower floor was chipped and had a rusted drain cover. Water would not stay hot for long. Shower door would not close all the way. Master bathroom door would not shut easily. Master bedroom mattress was not comfortable and springy. Window curtains were dirty and overall the property need a deep cleaning. Sofa and love seats needed a cleaning. Internet barely worked.
The condominium had issues to. When we arrived the elevator was not working and we had to carry luggage up three flights of stairs. The property hallways smelled like cigarettes and Marijuana smoke. Neighbors were partying past curfew and we could hear bikers reving their engines from the main road in the middle of the night. I will not be staying at this property in the future.
