WOW! New 2025 Listing. This 3 Br oceanfront condo is located on the 12th floor of Margate. An interior designer has totally transform the condo with some new furniture, new artwork, new TVs, and paint. It's has all new kitchen appliances. The spectacular ocean views can be seen from the breakfast bar, dining area, living room and main bedroom. Your private balcony has a table and seating enjoy reading a book, working or studying remotely. It features a private balcony, free parking, and free high speed WiFi (400 Mbps).

The Margate Tower is an oceanfront 29 story high rise building located in Kingston Resort. The 24/7 gated entrance provides safety and security in this family friendly environment.

Embassy Suite's pools and SPLASH PARK Not Included (Embassy does not sell pool passes). Any and all outdoor pools are open April through September, they are NOT HEATED.

Weekly and monthly discounts available. $500 security deposit held.

Great property

We had a great stay at the Margate. This unit in particular was clean and well furnished. The property is safe and amenities are abundant. The staff is friendly, accessible and very helpful. We look forward to staying there again.

Margate 1205 was exceptional! The view was amazing, the condo was sparkling clean and had all the amenities we needed. It’s nice to be able to walk to a nice restaurant in one direction or walk to the pier and grab a burger. We went in November so it was extra quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed every minute from the gorgeous sunrise to bedtime.

amazing place for families with amazing ocean views

We stayed for a week while visiting the great grandparents who live here. Our unit was clean, thoughtfully appointed and we really appreciated all the little touches for the little ones. The unit had everything we needed and the ocean view was AMAZING. The building is on a beautiful property with many natural amenities, walking trails etc. And the location is convenient to all Myrtle has to offer. We will definitely stay again!!! Five stars!!!

Direct oceanfront balcony was great. This unit was clean, and I loved the decorating scheme. Everything you need in the kitchen is already there. The Keurig was a plus. Kingston is convenient to outlet shopping and grocery stores. The only thing I would change about this unit is to put shades or full drapes in the "kids room". There is only a valance, so bring a sleep mask if you don' rise with the sun! Everything else was perfect and I would stay in this unit again. Chanda was super responsive and a pleasure to work with!

I have nothing but amazing things to say. It was super clean and so close to everything. We had three kiddos with us and the attention to detail of the condo for the kids made the stay easy and relaxing. Will definitely be back!

We want to share this wonderful place with everyone and hope you are able to create as many priceless family memories as we have.

Margate Tower has everything our family loves. For the kids, it has beautiful pools and direct beach access. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road and fishing right off the pier. For myself, I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

Kingston Plantation is one of the nicest places to stay in Myrtle Beach. Its private access makes for a fun family environment.
