This rare 2BR is incredibly spacious and elegant, completely remodeled in Fall 2023, and brand new in every sense! Inspired by the shimmering sea it overlooks, the soothing color palette blends perfectly with the views. No expense was spared in this custom condo with one-of-a-kind original finishes — truly the most unique condo at Crescent.

Located at The Crescent, a Destin landmark offering luxury, convenience, and every amenity you need for the perfect vacation. Featuring the largest Gulf-front pool in Destin, this resort experience is beloved by seasoned travelers year after year.

This spacious unit boasts unsurpassed views and generous outdoor living space on the expansive Gulf-front balcony overlooking the pool with ample seating for everyone. The open floor plan is perfect for entertaining while enjoying the beach, ocean, and sunset views. Conveniently close to shopping, dining, and entertainment venues. The incredible kitchen features custom countertops, new appliances, and is fully stocked for your culinary creations.

It’s been an incredible remodel when it was first done. Just needs some touching up on a few things and ceiling fans had dirt caked on them but everything else was very clean. Crescent property was very clean and well maintained.

Great Experience

The host was very responsive to messages and definitely added to the positive experience. We had an amazing time. We paid for umbrellas and chairs that were available immediately as you enter the beach. The condo was clean and the staff were super helpful. Highly recommend this one!

Beautiful Condo

116 Crescent is a stunning condo with attention paid to every detail! The condo looks exactly like the photos. It was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels in both bathrooms. I also liked that there were several hooks in the condo to hang things to dry. The couches and beds were very comfortable. My family would definitely stay here again when visiting Destin.

Best Condo at Crescent!!

This condo is exactly what it say! Newly renovated and absolutely beautiful! The details and decor are perfection and looks straight out of a magazine! Love being close to the stairs and the gate to get to the pool, the pool umbrella service is so easy and the pool is wonderful! We will now only be staying at 116! We already loved the Crescent but this condo is by far one of the best!
