Boasting a 180-degree, unobstructed view of the White Mountains, from Cranmore Mountain to Cathedral Ledge, with Mount Washington peak in between, this gem in North Conway is now available to all for the first time since the home was built in 2008. With 400 feet of river frontage along the high banks of the Saco River, experience the best mother nature has to offer on a perfect getaway for small or large groups. Bring your binoculars, or use the house pair, to take in all the wildlife and nature views this majestic property has to offer. You will likely see our two bald eagle friends, who nest and fish along the river basin. They often take in breathtaking views themselves, from one of the trees in our backyard. One thing you will not see in your view is another home for miles and miles, despite being just a few minutes to downtown North Conway restaurants, shops, activities, and all the valley has to offer.

Upon entry, you'll be immediately impressed with the giant picture window framing the breathtaking mountain and river views, and Buddy black bear will greet your family with a warm welcome! Make yourself at home on the genuine leather sofas, curl up with a good book by the gas fireplace, or settle into one of the leather swivel chairs at the picture window for a front row seat of a storm front creeping over the mountain tops. Wake up in the comfort of the king-sized main suite featuring oversized windows to take in the sunrise illuminating the magnificent cliffs of Cathedral Ledge. With nine total beds, there's more than enough room for everyone to get a comfortable night's rest from the day's activities. Kids will love sleepovers in the bunk beds hiding behind the sliding barn doors off the main living area.

The home is nestled in a beautiful private location but super close to town with so many options to choose from for activities and food. It rained the whole weekend we were there but found that the entertainment in the house was sufficient to keep my grandkids happy and busy with games and watching movies in the home theater. We will definitely stay here again!!!

Friends and family annual ski trip

This house has a ton of space to accommodate a large group. Great view. Great basement level with plenty of stuff to entertain all ages if the weather isn't the best. Very kid friendly.

House was as great as advertised. House was clean and everything worked like it should. Only complaint is that the kitchen range had its numbers scraped off. We could not tell which burner was controlled by which nob and if it was cooking on high or low.

Group trip

This house was perfect for a group ski trip. We had a little issue with the hot tub but the property manager was so responsive and came out immediately to remedy. The views are spectacular.

Excellent

Excellent property very close to North Conway, but off the main strip making it easy to get in and out. Great view from the living room and kitchen. Saw a bald eagle fly along the river. House is in good shape and everything worked as expected. There were some minor things like a stain on the comforter and cigarette butts in the backyard. There is no garbage disposal, so keep that in mind if you’re used to one. Overall, we had a great time and would book it again if we were staying in the area.

Family weekend

This was the perfect home for Our Family Weekend! Plenty of space and bedrooms for everyone. The game room down stairs was so fun and gave us all time to hangout and unplug and just spend time laughing and enjoying ourselves. We really recommend this home and the views were spectacular 🧡

North Conway Trip

The house was in a great spot. Check in and out process was very easy. The house itself was pretty beat up and dirty upon out arrival. Family really enjoyed the stay other than the condition of the house.

Beautiful!!

This house is amazing. The home theater and hotub were awesome. very cozy and comfortable living room. So close to restaurants and shopping yet private. beautiful view of the saco river and mountains!! we will be back.

Stunning views

We were two families with four kids ages 9-12. Lots of bed space, and lots of activities to keep us all busy. Location is close to stores, restaurants and ski hills. The views of the mountains from the backyard are worth every penny.

Newly Renovated

Comfortably sleeps 12-14 adults. The house was clearly just renovated and there are still a few 'final touches' that need to be done, but it's not bothersome to your stay. Overall it has nice views, was very clean and the basement is an excellent place to spend time. Would stay again!

Beautiful home in a prime location

I love that this home felt secluded yet we were only minutes from the shops and ski slopes! When we weren’t busy skiing we enjoyed playing pool, ping pong and watching movies in the “theatre”. We also loved the stunning view of the mountains while soaking in the hot tub. The property manager was very quick to respond to any questions I had throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful House Beautiful View

Extremely comfortable home, perfectly located for convenient access to skiing and North Conway town center. The basement was an unexpected surprise with game room, sauna and movie theater set up - it was a big hit with our three teenagers. Mountain and river views from the majority of room on the main living level.

Pros and Cons

Pros: The view was breathtaking! There was so much room! Even more beds then in the description - there were two more “bedrooms” in the basement, with a bunk bed and another full bed. And trundle beds under the two bunk beds. That room could sleep 6. At the end of a dead end road, very private and quiet. Very close to downtown! There were several tubes in the garage and various games and toys available. Cons: It is not very well seen in the pictures but it’s a straight drop off cliff at the fence, which is just a temporary staked in fence. The water pressure in the basement bathroom was terrible. The hot tub was very dirty on the bottom, and no way to clean it. Only one bedroom had a tv and it was the bunk room, could not connect to the WiFi downstairs to use the projector. It was a great space for traveling with several families to be able to spread out, rooms on both levels for sleeping.

Pros: views are amazing; game room with pool table, ping pong, movie theatre screen and chairs, hot tub, location, plenty of kitchen seating, sauna, open concept house, gas fireplace in living room - all easy to use. Cons: gas grill didn’t work. The right side of the grill completely didn’t work and the remaining two burners only heated the grill to less than 200. Could not get anyone to help us because of the 7:30 PM hour on a Saturday night. The property manager or BOT sent us instructions on how to clean the grill as a possible fix. I had no intention of cleaning someone else’s grill - I expect it to work when it’s advertised as being part of the home. Very disappointing. Basement bathroom had a terrible smell - not sure if that’s usual or if an animal died in the wall. It was unusable for that reason. One of the theater black lounge chairs was inoperable even after we checked the power supply. We enjoyed our stay, even with gas grill issue which was very disappointing as we love to cook as a family. The property manager should provide instructions on how to properly use the gas fireplace and turn it on. We needed to text them for that information.
