This is the ideal location for access to John’s Creek, Roswell, and Alpharetta. The house was clean, well-stocked, and updated. Communication was outstanding. The only negative was that the downstairs has an unusual odor.

Amazing Location

The house is in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to everything. We went to Ameris Bank Ampitheater, Top Golf, Georgia Aquarium and the Braves Truist Bank Stadium. All were no more than a 35-minute drive from the house. There are plenty of great restaurants and shopping nearby too.

House was in a great location, generally clean and spacious. The only downside was lingering smell - the air freshener made it seem worse.

Great place to stay with family in Roswell

We had a great time staying here for a weekend wedding in Roswell. The house is very clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The backyard is great, offering complete privacy. Gloria was very easy to communicate with from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again in the future if the need arises!

Great house in Roswell

We had a great stay. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It is in a great location right across from the Country Club of Roswell. There is a Kroger, Publix , and Fresh Market right down the road which makes grocery shopping very easy. We have friends that live in the area so we will definitely book this house again when we go to visit them.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location

The house was the perfect place for 4 ladies in town for a work related event. We enjoyed the well appointed kitchen and very comfortable beds. Easy to find and plenty of room to park. Definitely recommend!

Very nice.

Our group traveled here for an event at Ameris Bank amphitheater In Alpharetta. Great location! 5 adults were very comfortable, nice outside seating, very nice house. Would stay here again.

Nice quiet and safe neighborhood. Nice large fenced in back yard for kids to play. Only small issues were the ice maker did not work. Host was easy to communicate with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner.

Stayed here for my sisters wedding. House was very clean and updated Spacious and nicely decorated Plenty of linens provided Nice quiet area right near country club Was very happy to have coffee and creamer in the morning! Picturesque bedroom for pictures Thank you!

Very nice!

We rented the house during our wedding week for our guest from overseas and it was perfect. Had all the appliances that we needed. Backyard was perfect for privacy.

The place wasn’t clean. The refrigerator had crumbs and the floors were dirty. He sent the housekeeper to clean but we had already cleaned everything. The stove wasn’t cleaned. Then to top it off, it had a smell that was unwelcoming. The place’s upkeep was in good condition however the cleaning kinda made things difficult because we were there on vacation. I reached out to the owner and it took a long time to reply but he wasn’t so helpful. I believe he was more concerned about the money.

Great neighborhood and backyard!

The home was in great neighborhood with private backyard. The advertised 4th bedroom has a futon and not an actual bed. Also, there was a bad odor throughout the house that didn't go away with Lysol or Febreze.

Just what we needed

This worked great for the six of us using four beds. And the dogs too. We had an issue with the guest bathtub/shower and the owner had it repaired that same day. Kudos. A wonderful area in greater ATL. Only downside was the camera telling you were being recorded every time you walked outside, came in from the car, etc.

Nice place for a family weekend with our kids. We came in for the Va Tech USC game and there were 7 of us. 4th bedroom is actually an office space on the first floor right off the kitchen and front door but worked out well for my teenage son to sleep on the daybed. Beds were comfortable and living spaces were cozy to hang out in.
