Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place.

Conveniently located near downtown and a few minutes to Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, you will access all downtown attractions in a matter of minutes and yet be able to retire to this quiet retreat away from all the bustling activities associated with a big city.

When it's time to catch your flight, you won't need to stress about traffic no matter what time of day or night it will be.
The space
READ THE HOUSE RULES AND LISTING DETAILS BEFORE BOOKING.

The house has spacious bedrooms each with plush queen beds. The living area has a queen sleeper sofa which can sleep 2 extra quests.

There is a work desk in the main bedroom for work privacy and meetings. The living area has a lot of space either for business or pleasure.

Please note that the basement below may be occupied during your stay. On that note, please keep the noise down after 9 pm.
Guest access
The Chic Place is on the upper level of the house. The basement area is blocked off and there is no access. Please note that other guests may be staying in the basement quarters during your stay. Note that each unit is separate and private.
Other things to note
The guest quarters in the basement may be occupied during your stay. Please be mindful of your downstairs neighbors.
Note that the total number of guests staying must equal the total number on the reservation. DO NOT BOOK this place with the intention of inviting or receiving other guests. A violation of this rule will lead to cancellation without a refund.

We were in town for a church conference. The host was great and answered all our questions prior to the trip. House was great and perfect for a place to hang out. Would use again.

Older clean property in quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. This is ideal for anyone that wants quick access to inner city Atlanta. The quiet nights make for a very romantic, relaxing experience. We did have quick access to inner city when needed. This is in close proximity to many things. Watch out for palmetto bugs, as they are unavoidable in areas like this (wooded area behind the property). We saw 3 inside the property and 2 of those were already dead.

Quaint and Not so

Paid almost 1,800 USD. Clean house, except the cabinets. The locks barely latch or hard to turn. The microwave does not work and it’s a nice Samsung. There’s a bee hive box right at front on the porch rail, bees will follow you around from the door to your vehicle or from your vehicle into the house. Ceiling fan, kitchen cabinets and top of fridge need to be dusted and cleaned. There’s no washer or dryer, you have to pull the stove out to properly use it. There are unfinished parts of the house. There’s no privacy on the window in the bathroom that’s where the shower is. If there’s an event at the amphitheater you could be blocked from coming back to the house and or leaving the area. Main thing there’s no AC and only 1 box fan. It’s hot and it’s not comfortable! The host is not to pleasant to talk to on the phone very snappy.
