This home is located just 6 mins to Coral Ridge Country Club, 8 mins to El Prado Park, 15 mins to Bonnet House Museum and Gardens, and 19 mins to Fort Lauderdale - Hollywood International Airport. Close to US1 & I95, boasting beaches (1 mile), great schools, restaurants, and shops less than 5 minutes away.

The cozy living room is perfect for relaxation and there's a kitchen and dining area that are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.
Catch up on your favorite movies and shows on our 55" Smart TVs in the living room and 32" TV in one of the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a full-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom and the 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There's also a sofa bed in the den area.
Comfortably equipped with full sets of sheets, linens, and duvets for all beds as well as extra towels for everyone. The bathroom includes a shower and a toilet.
