Comfy, spacious, unique split level home. Bamboo floors/high beam. Views overlooking downtown & canyons. People walk in say "Wow!" 3 Bdr/2 ba. Bdr #1 and 2: Calif. Kings; Middle Bdr: Two XL Twins (convert to CaliKing). + Extra daybed and double blowup. Fountain in entry. LARGE TV. Circular drvway fits 3 RVs. 3.5 mi. to dwntwn. 25 mi. to ski. 10 min. to airport. 2 hrs from Sac. 3.5 hrs from S.F. ; Home located on Steamboat Ditch Trail - 40 mi. of flat biking/walking trail along creek.

Mid-Century modern architecture. Most of the house is a Great Room so it is great for gatherings.

We do allow a dog for an additional fee.

Lovely family place to stay. We enjoyed the nearby walking trails. The house and yard was perfect. I highly recommend this place. The location was beautiful and the house was amazing.

The property is located in a great residential area within minutes of access to everything. The property is very well maintained and has a great positive vibes the moment we enter. Our whole family loved the home and especially backyard views.

This was the perfect property for me to recover in after my surgery. It had everything I needed and the backyard was very serene. The property was very clean and comfortable, and the host was exceptional at communication. I would highly recommend it!

Everything was great! Such a charming place and everything was labeled clearly with lots of instructions. Beds were very comfortable and great view! We hope to be back again soon to visit friends again.

Absolutely beautiful property

This was by far the best property we have ever stayed at. We spent most of our time on the back patio enjoying the view of downtown Reno. The home was stunning and we hope to stay there again.

Great Stay!

The property was very clean and accommodating for 2 families (total of 8 of us). Location was great for reason for being in Reno. We would definitely stay at this location again. Thank you for everything Kaati, an amazing host.

Very cool house, rat pack vibe. Was clean and comfortable and very well outfitted inside and out. Kaati was very communicative and made sure to check on our satisfaction while we were there. Would recommend to anyone wanting a quiet home base during their stay in Reno.

Beautiful Property

We loved our time at this beautiful home. The property had everything that we needed for our brief stay. The location is in a quiet neighborhood that is a short drive to the downtown area. The host was kind and available if needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice house in nice neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay. House was perfect with great views of the city. Felt like we were home. Owner communicated quickly and everything was as advertised. We will be back.

Great stay will return

Great mid century home in quiet upscale neighborhood. Clean and well appointed. The host was as good as can be with communication and advice. We hope to come back and stay again!

Hi, my name is Kaati (rhymes with Scotty). Thank you for your interest in Quail Ridge House. This was my primary home for many years and I ran my little festival marketing business from it. Now I split my time between Reno and Humboldt County on the coast of California.

Quail Ridge is such a cool house. It has the big Wow factor with great views. Plus it is right on Steamboat Ditch Trail. Excellent for walking or riding your bike. I love it and I hope you do too!

Views out every window - In the country but just 10 minutes from downtown - Open floor plan with high ceilings. - Quiet & safe neighborhood. Samantha (housekeeper) and me are always available by phone or text if you have any questions.
