Experience the calm of Bay Beauty, with clear views of St. Joseph Bay. Swim any time in your private heated saltwater pool, utilize direct bay access from the shared dock, and relax in one of the four luxurious bedrooms, each featuring an en suite bathroom and TV. The property includes complimentary Wi-Fi and a large gourmet kitchen, creating an ideal getaway for up to 12 guests.

THE SPACE
- Private heated saltwater pool with a screen enclosure (10' x 20').
- Shared bayfront dock for scalloping; note that boats are not permitted.
- Outdoor amenities include a gas grill, wood fire pit, and hot/cold outdoor shower.
- Chef's kitchen equipped with gas stove, two refrigerators, and an extra prep sink.
- Large living area with both a Keurig and a traditional 12-cup coffee maker.
- Enhanced comfort with two workstations and a spacious screened-in porch.

- Private pool (10' x 20') with an optional heating feature (extra charge applies).
- Wood-burning fire pit and outdoor shower.

1st Floor
- King bedroom with an attached bathroom, shower, and access to the deck.
- Bunk room featuring a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin trundle, and twin bunk beds, along with an attached bathroom that includes a tub and shower combination.

2nd Floor
- Primary king bedroom with an attached bathroom, shower, and deck access.
- Second king bedroom with a shared hallway bathroom (tub/shower combination).

GUEST ACCESS
- Access to screened porch and sun deck.
- Gas grill on the sundeck.
- Private heated saltwater pool with screening.
- Shared dock on the bayfront, excluding boat access.

- The property is 2718 square feet.
- Your reservation includes $300 worth of beach and adventure gear rental! You will be able to shop for bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas, or even beach carts. No need to find the rental company, your gear will be delivered to your beach house and will be waiting for your arrival.
- Renters must be at least 25 years old.
- Events that exceed the maximum number of guests or require supervision are not allowed.
- This is a non-smoking property.

Bay Beauty

Had a wonderful vacation. The bay was super fun for the kids, lot of hermit crabs, sand dollars, and they got to see several stingrays. Beach was awesome but would help if the beach access had a little parking area. Definitely take a trip to the state park.

Amazing vacation house

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is amazing. We have stayed there two years in a row because it has such an enjoyable experience. You usually find vacation homes beaten up, but not the case here. It easily accommodates our group of 8, with room to spare. The location is convenient to Port St Joe as well as Cape San Blas proper. The kids were happy to catch small bass off of the dock and swim in the pool all day.

Bay Beauty

The view was gorgeous. Make sure you take bug spray. The yellow flies were horrible. A storm came through mid week and knocked out internet and tv capabilities. We reported the issue; however it was never fixed. One suggestion would be to purchase a broom for the house. We had to vacuum the tile floors daily which was very noisy for the littles.

Great place for a multi-family vacation

We loved this property with gorgeous views of the bay. The pool added extra fun on those days we didn't want to drive to the beach. Having rented vacation homes before on the gulf, our multi-family enjoyed this one because of the size, bathrooms, pool, and 2 refrigerators! Great place to stay - will definitely go back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a good experience with this house and really loved the views. It could do with some more thorough cleaning here and there. I had to make a couple of requests for things to be cleaned and the pool heater to be turned on (we had paid for it to be on) and the property management company responded right away. The kitchen is huge and was great to cook in. It could use a few more utensils. We ended up buying our own cooking spoons because there were none. Overall it was a nice house and we enjoyed our stay.

Family Vacation 2021

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family vacation with kids and grandkids so it was very special to us. The Baytowne Vacation Rental company was as accommodating as they could be except nobody responded to my phone calls on the weekend which is when we arrived. The house itself was disappointing.The home was fairly large but needs updating. The dryer didn’t work because I think it was from the 80’s but they did finally get it replaced by mid-week. I didn’t like having to keep the air conditioning in the house set on 70 degrees. It was a little warm for our taste especially when the fan in one of the bedrooms didn’t work. The pool area was a lot smaller than expected and wasn’t cleaned or filtered properly but it was nice having the outdoor shower and being able to cool down some in the pool. Our grand children did enjoy the bay and searching for “sea creatures “.

Perfect getaway

We (two families, four adults and four children total) had a great time in this beautiful and convenient property. The layout of the house allowed us to gather and enjoy food and entertainment, while enjoying privacy when needed. The heated swimming pool, while small, provided hours of fun for children (ages 11-16) during our stay. The boardwalk and very shallow ocean in the back of the house was perfect for a nature wander and observing wildlife. You can rent a kayak from a store down the street to go out further in the ocean. We also enjoyed the seafood market a few miles away, and the Nature Reserve up the street. Overall, it was a perfect getaway.

Great Socially-Distanced Vacation

We loved our stay at Bay Breeze. The beach was just down the street (either a short walk down the neighborhood street or a two minute drive to the public beach access at Salinas Park) and beautiful. Completely empty with no problem to socially distance. The house is extremely well stocked with pots, pans, measuring spoons, dishes,.. and made this a perfect vacation for our family and our friends. The only caveat for families with small children is the indoor staircase- if your little ones aren’t good with stairs yet, I would bring a baby gate along. We just put a chair in front of the stairs, but very adventurous children could probably climb over it. In addition due to the proximity to the bay there are some mosquitos; however, the screened in pool and back porch were prefect for us to still enjoy the outdoors! In general I would completely recommend this place for a great beach vacation!

Great house, great location, great experience

We had a great family vacation here. Our kids really enjoyed playing on the dock out to the bay, fishing, and swimming in the pool. This is a perfect spot for anyone trying to get away during COVID-19. We loved the large family room and nice big kitchen. This is the vacation first house we stayed at with 2 full size refrigerators and a mini fridge! We would definitely go back.

Perfect Private Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We can't wait to return to Bay Beauty soon! This house is spacious, bright, clean, and perfect for adventure. The layout worked well for our two families (4 adults and 5 children). The open floor plan was great when we were all relaxing together; we didn't feel cramped. There is a large dining room table that fit everyone and the kitchen is large and open. The pool is enclosed under screens which made us feel less like we needed sunscreen at all hours of the day. It's a saltwater pool so our kids could enjoy it a couple times a day without sore eyes or irritated skin. The dock that leads out to the bay is quite long with no side rails, but it didn't pose a problem for us. The bay is a very neat area to explore and we did it at least once every day. At low tide the water is nearly gone and catching hermit crabs was easy and fun. Even at high tide the water only came up to our ankles and we saw horseshoe crabs, fiddler crabs, blue crabs, fish, sandpipers, and whelks. It's astounding how far you can walk out into the bay without the water level going higher than your knees. The walk to the beach is around .3 mile and this particular beach area was largely unoccupied. The waves were great for boogie boarding and there is an abundance of shells! About 3/4 mile down Cape San Blas Road (to the left of this home) there is a new park with playground, pickle ball courts, and a beautiful boardwalk trail for walking/riding. Salinas Park is just nearby for additional beach access. The property manager and owners were wonderful to work with and provided us everything we needed when a one-week stay turned into a two-week stay due to Covid-19. We are so thankful and can't wait to return!

Great family home with amazing views

I was extremely satisfied with this home and all it had to offer while hosting my family for Thanksgiving. The home is beautiful inside and out and the views were spectacular. The home had ample supplies for cooking a Thanksgiving dinner and the kitchen was made for multiple cooks at preparing at the same time. The home is located in a great area of the cape with easy beach access that was nearly empty the entire trip. As a note: We did have to fasten the trash cans down because Friday after thanksgiving the trash was scattered throughout the yard, come to find out it was a bear we captured on camera Saturday night attempting the same thing. We will be back to enjoy the house again very soon.
