Loved it!

This home was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-equipped. The owners have thought of everything. The layout of the house is perfect for families, the upstairs was especially nice for our adult children (and spouse) to have their own space. One of my favorite things was the large, screened porch - loved sitting out there having coffee and watching the sunrise! The dock was especially nice for fishing and accessing our kayaks/boats. The bay has a little bit of a beach at low tide and our dogs loved swimming there. We lacked for nothing - and Cape and Coast knocked it out of the park (again) with quick response to any questions or needs we had. We have rented homes managed by them for the past 10 years and they never disappoint.

Family Vacation

Baycation is a wonderful property. Everything you would need, and more, for a wonderful vacation. The property is extremely well looked after, modern and very clean. Unfortunately we had to move properties due to an electrical problem, but hope to be back.

Baycation - the perfect vacation!

Baycation is the most well-equipped, clean and beautiful VRBO property we have ever booked for a vacation! It is spacious, beautifully decorated, and the location is perfect. We were intrigued by all the wildlife we saw in the bay - sea turtles, dolphins, hermit crabs, blue crabs, clams with irridescent blue "eyes," fish, stingrays, interesting birds, and much more. When we wanted to see the ocean and be on the beach, it was just a short walk across the street. I have already recommended Baycation to several friends who are interested in a Florida vacation away from the usual beach crowds. We will definitely return to this property!

We not only felt at home, we feel inspired to add some of their beautiful decor and smart organizational choices to our own home! The location is wonderful. We enjoyed breakfast watching the sunrise over the bay and cocktails at day’s end watching the sunset over the ocean. The beaches are pristine! Seashells and starfish adorn seemingly endless miles of powdery sand. We already miss Baycation so much we’re planning our return visit.

Service was outstanding and their representatives personable and responsive. Baycation is in my experience the MOST INCREDIBLE home I have ever rented...and I rent a home for my “birthday month” every year since retiring. The kitchen...wow. Every appliance you would ever need. And extremely well stocked. The furnishings were high end, including the decorations. But the best part...the decks! Again, every luxury you can (and can’t!) imagine. We even enjoyed the pool...in November. And for a retiree, loved the elevator. I cannot brag on this house enough. Nor could my guests. The best birthday month ever!

Baycation an EXCELLENT decision

Property was excellent and exactly as described. So much attention to detail in this home. Loved the privacy of the bay. Typically we stay on the ocean side but decided to try the bay, which was a great decision because of this amazing home and the fact that there was a red tide happening in the ocean side during our stay. Sunrise and sunsets were gorgeous from the decks on the back, fishing and kayaking from the dock was fun. Pool was perfect to relax and enjoy family time!!

All the boats were coming over to dive right off the property. Wish the property would offer some water toys so you wouldn't need to rent them. Master showers are huge with rain showers. Two Weeks in the Best House Ever!

They have thought of everything. The kitchen is well stocked with lots of appliances and gadgets. I have never stayed in a house that had everything I needed. Having all of the lights labeled was also very helpful.. The mattress was the best I've slept on, even better than my Tempurpedic at home. The private dock provided hours of fun and relaxation. I spent a lot of time on the screened porch reading and enjoying the breeze. You will not be disappointed if you rent this lovely home. It exceeded our expectations in every way. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home for two wonderful, carefree weeks. My husband and I had a fantastic time.

The Best Baycation

Often times rentals homes are missing essential items, but not the case here...they thought of everything! Also, one of the few rentals that actually lives up to the photos provided. The view, the location, it was all fantastic. Cape San Blas offers a quiet, relaxing vacation. Definitely not your place if looking for lots of restaurants and shopping. For such a small area, there is plenty to do to keep you busy with the Bay, the Gulf, the bike path, National Park. We will definitely be back!

The owners have really put their hearts into making everything so spectacular for their guests.We also loved the peaceful setting surrounded by nature, with only one close neighbor. The screened porches, decks, and the dock fantastic. The Bay is so beautiful and fun and the house is just a short distance to the the beaches on the Gulf. This was our third vacation rental with Cape and Coast and they were awesome, as usual!

Amazing get away from crowds and traffic

We arrived and just loved it! It smelled a new inside the elevator was awesome because you could send all your stuff upstairs. Cape San Blas is beautiful and NO traffic NO waiting for a table at the yummy Mexican joint in port st joe! Perfect for fishing just across the street is beach access. Omg there were biting flies on the beach for some reason and could not sit there so we were glad we had the pool!
