One of a kind Port Aransas beach bungalow for rent with Saltillo tile floors; lots of space for entertaining; small beach view; and beach walkover one half block away. This 3 bedroom/2 bath vacation rental home has a wonderful fully stocked kitchen with a Jennaire cooktop; a utility room with full size washer and dryer right off the kitchen; new mattresses in both bedrooms; and a pull out sofa for extra sleeping. This Port A vacation bungalow offers lots of outdoor entertaining area; including a patio right off the dining room on the main level that is afternoon shade and a very private covered picnic area; below the home with a picnic table and several Adirondack chairs. Located near downtown; right at the beach off of 11th street; you can be in the heart of Port Aransas within a few minutes in a car; 5 or 10 minutes in a golf cart. Enjoy the new doggie park in the La Playa subdivision. City of Port Aransas Registration: 252955

We had a great experience. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary with family. Easy access to beach. St. Joseph’s Catholic Church is a short drive. We grilled one evening. Highly recommend.

Super location. Easy walk over boardwalk to the beach. Small amount of grass if you have dogs. No enclosed fence. Clearance for parking is pretty low we couldn’t fit our van completely under cover but managed to park diagonally.

Location was fantastic, the house was great and so close to everything you could want to do

Would definitely stay here again , the place was great for our family of 6 plus the German shepherd, had everything you needed in the kitchen, since we don't eat out at all . Had some small issues but management was awesome , she had someone there within minutes and fixed them all . Loved the beach and it's very dog friendly. Seen dolphins and sea turtles every day down by the jetti. Did a fishing charter with "Cody" which I highly recommend 56#s of fish and used the grill at the house to cook it up . Thx again can't wait to book the place again next year

It's an older property. So it has some wear and quirks that go along with that. But we felt the price point also reflects that. Very large, comfortable rooms. Each room has it's own tv. The boardwalk to the beach made it easy to go any time. All regular household appliances are present, including a washer and dryer. We were able to cook meals throughout our stay. Although the neighbors are close, it still feels very private and quiet. The property management company has it's own contracts and web portal in addition to the vrbo booking site. But they were very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Walking distance to beach

Location was excellent walking distance to beach. House did not look like it was cleaned. Shower liner was dirty. Seemed like house had not been mopped. Extra blankets were not clean.

Last minute change

On the day of our arrival the rental manager called to inform us that the property we had booked was unavailable due to unexpected maintenance. They had another property close by that they could substitute, which turned out to be fine. Plus side was that the new property had a nice pool, downside was that it was further from the beach. Altogether it was the best that could be done, but would have preferred our original location.
