We understand how important these aspects are to our guests, and we're glad they met your expectations. We take pride in maintaining a spotless environment, and it is clear we missed the mark during your stay. Floors can sometimes accumulate residue from cleaning products, especially in high-traffic areas, but rest assured, they undergo a thorough stripping and deep clean during the low season to prevent such issues. We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the kitchenware and lack of basic supplies. We will discuss this with the owner and take steps to upgrade the kitchen items so future guests have everything they need for a comfortable stay. Regarding the Wi-Fi connectivity, we understand how crucial it is to stay connected, especially during important events like the Olympics. Being on the island, internet service can indeed be hit or miss, particularly during busy periods. We are working closely with our service provider to improve the reliability of our internet connection. Your experience is important to us, and we deeply regret that we fell short during your stay.
