Beach Clube Cottage 28 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom cottage sleeping 8 and is located in the Fort Morgan area of Gulf Shores, Alabama.

Parking available at the property for up to 2 vehicles. **Monthly Reservations** You will be provided two passes to be used for two different cars. If you have multiple guests throughout your reservation and would have more than two cars visiting the property; you would need to purchase an additional pass for each additional car.

*Note: access to the Beach Club amenities may require additional fees to obtain wristbands.

When you step into the front door, you'll find yourself in a beautifully decorated sitting area. As you progress through the open floor plan living space with fully outfitted kitchen, beautiful dining area, and comfortable living room with backyard view, you'll find that no details has been missed.

The bedrooms feature coastal décor throughout and sea-like colors that compliment the island feel of this ideal cottage. The Primary bedroom includes a king-sized bed while the guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed. Along with the 2 sleeper-sofas in the sitting room and living room, there is room for 8 of you to vacation together. Two bathrooms complete the cottage.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: 2 - The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

NIce Location and Beach House
We did not know what to expect, as this was our first beach house rental in Gulf Shores and on a resort. Getting to the beach house on the resort is pretty easy, as it is in a gated community. The house's location within the neighborhood is off the beaten track and close to the beach. Our first impression of the house was that it was clean and well-maintained. The amenities that came with the house were very comfy. The management company (Beachball Properties) was very responsive to some minor requests and had our inquiries resolved by the next day. The pool was just the size for relaxing after a hot beach day, and our kids loved it. We also enjoyed being in a well-maintained resort with extra perks, such as food and a few shops within walking distance. There was one factor I would like to mention when accessing a resort beach. There were rules on where to place your cabanas or umbrellas if you were not renting the resort's chairs and umbrellas. Although some may like this feature if you choose not to bring beach equipment, for us we bought a new cabana for this trip and could only set it up in the designated cabana area (in the back of the beach). It was also strictly enforced, with resort workers making folks move their cabana if they did not set it up in the right location. I only mention this because we have young kids and prefer to watch them in the ocean from our cabana, but we are unable to, given the rules of the resort.

Awesome Beach Cottage
Beachball Properties was simple to deal with for scheduling and sending us the door code, which was really nice. The cottage is beautifully decorated and has everything you need… kitchen accessories, blankets for the sofa, and great TV channels. The master bed and pillows were absolutely dreamy as was the covered patio next to the private pool which was perfect for morning coffee. We are so happy to have found this property and will be back!

BEACHBALL MANAGEMENT HORRIBLE: Property Great
BEWARE if you are considering renting from Beachball Properties! We rented a cottage in the Beach Club Resort in Ft. Morgan, Al for 7 nights (it was just a few minute walk to the beach, had a private pool, and 2 bedrooms). We rented for the private pool with shade for our daughter who has severe Crohn’s and her meds require her to be in the shade. It unfortunately flooded due to a water line break our third day there (Saturday) Beachball told us their ONLY available place was the Hideaway Bay (3 bedroom, no pool, no beach access, on the bay). They said this was an upgrade and would only give us $139 refund even though this “upgrade” rents for $1,000 less a week. We accepted this as emergency shelter that night and had asked upper management call us back the next day, but since Easter was the next day we had to wait until Monday before anyone that could do anything would call us back. When we finally got ahold of upper management they offered the $139 refund plus another $140ish, we asked to speak to someone higher than that. We spoke with someone who was higher up because we had found when looking at their website that they had other properties but that were of higher quality that they just didn’t want to give us. They said they could only give us equal or lesser quality even though we were put out on our vacation and spent several hours packing, moving and had items damaged in the flood. He said he’d call us back with what he could offer us. It was $139 plus $417.70 which d

Wonderful Cottage
We were very pleased with the cottage at the Beach Club. There was room to spread out, the space is beautifully decorated, and there is a private parking spot. The beach is just a short walk across the parking lot and there is a nice walking path behind the property. We worked with Beachball Properties as the management company and they were super helpful with any questions or issues we had. We will be staying there again!
