This lovely and luxurious beach house on Isle of Palms offers a total of 6 bedrooms among its 4300sqft, including 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. With 4.5 bathrooms, guests will have plenty of space to relax and refresh. The beach is directly across the street! The property boasts wrap around porches with beach views, a spa, pool (not heated), elevator (from garage up to the third story), crows next (great views), ping pong table, and plenty of outdoor space . The home has TV's and WiFi throughout, all equipped with YouTube TV and your favorite apps.
Whether you're traveling with family or friends, this tremendous home is the ideal beach retreat for your getaway. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

Bedroom/bathroom layout:
-Main level: Two king bedrooms with a shared bathroom. A half bathroom in the hallway.
Top floor: Two king bedrooms with private bathrooms. A queen bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds that share a bathroom.

*Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

The pictures do not do the house justice, it's very spacious and newly renovated! Pool and spa combo on the patio was fantastic and the proximity to the beach (directly across street access) cannot be beat. Property maintenance manager was very kind to come check on a few questions we had. Overall, a really lovely stay and highly recommend.

Beautiful house, close to the beaches. We have very much enjoyed the pool, in particular the hot tub. When entering the house there were some cleaning issues in the kitchen area but it was very rapidly solved - the same day - by our service team i.e. Robert at the CS team and Julie who is an excellent cleaner. We appreciate very wel the fast and quickly responding. Fantastic views on top of the house towards the shores. Elevator was in good condition and very helpful. Overal a well deserved 5star.

We had a wonderful stay at the house. The home, was clean and comfortable. The house had beach chairs and beach towels that were not in the listing, which was a great extra benefit. The house also had a small roof deck with ocean views. The beach was very easy to walk to and access was basically across the street. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans but we brought in our own spices and oils. House could have also had a few more dishwasher pods. Owner was responsive and provided detailed instructions on how to check-in/check-out and how to operate the hot tub. Also provided a list of partners for equipment and rentals like golf carts, beach equipment, and kayaks, as well as local restaurants. I would definitely rent this home again and would recommend it for groups of 10-12.

The place is great. I live local and had family in town, so I rented it for a few days. It's awesome. I would say the outdoor space(s) are really the highlight, but the kitchen is really amazing so runs a tight second. They're both exceptional. This is the perfect spot for tons of people. Location - Excellent (very short walk to beach - like, too short to use a bicycle)Neighborhood - ExcellentViews - ExcellentBedrooms - ExcellentResponsiveness - EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONSCommunication - ExcellentOutdoor space - Amazing!!!If I were making suggestions, they would be as follows: Bring the love with you though, this house is like a real estate model home and sort of big and empty. I'd highly recommend lamps in the common areas as the overhead lighting is like an OR. It's super-duper quiet because of the limited furnishings. A little off is all. Great place.
