This Largo, FL home is super clean, plenty of space for you & your family to feel comfortable. It's located in the heart Largo, Florida only a 10 minute drive to Indian Rocks beach & an 18 minute drive to Clearwater Beach (Voted the top 10 beaches in the US in 2021). This 50 year old home has a HUGE Backyard, and plenty of living room space. Each bedroom has a smart TV and plenty of closet storage.

Pleasant stay!

Communication with the host was great! Unfortunately on our second night we had issues with the AC! Hopefully all resolved quickly! Great little house!

Amazing & Private & Well Kept, had a great time.

Was a nice drive to the beach areas , neighborhood was a what you expect in Florida.

Not clean, not updated, not appropriate for larger groups

Arrived to find the property poorly cleaned, including a moldy pot of coffee in the kitchen, and a dirty floor. Property was missing basics like a drying rack for dishes, which was a must without a dishwasher. To his credit, the host was incredibly responsive and offered to have items brought to the property and have it recleaned, but we opted to deal with ourselves rather than coordinating that with our families. He also offered reimbursement, but the expectation was not met to arrive to a property ready to go, which is worth more than the amount spent to make the property ready. The property itself has plenty of places to sleep for many people, but the kitchen has a table with four places to sit, without many other options. All items in the house were low quality, with some of the chairs starting to flake off pieces of particleboard. Not worth the price.

It's a nice property and a nice backyard with a firepit and a grill and a setting area close to the beach and clean i would rent it again i would recommend it.

Vacation

The property was adequate for our needs. Close proximity to beaches and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Had a little trouble with the door lock when exiting but eventually figured it out. Also we could not find a hairdryer anywhere. Overall had a good stay.

Bon séjour de 11 nuits dans la maison de Vance.

Les points forts de la maison sont les 4 chambres et des lits doubles et simples pour 8 personnes. Proximité des épiceries, restaurants et plages dont Indian Rock situé à 10 minutes. Laveuse sécheuse à linge, air climatisé performant ainsi qu’un BBQ au gaz. L’accès au garage pour ranger nos accessoires de plage et sac de golf. Les points plus faibles seraient: la table de la salle à dîner pour 4 personnes , le proprio a cependant fourni une table d’appoint. Le salon comporte un seul divan pour 4 personnes aussi. De plus quelques accessoires de cuisine pourraient être ajoutés ex piétisme verres, petites assiettes etc. Somme toute, nous recommandons cet endroit.
