This 3 bedroom, 3 full bath 2nd floor Long Beach condominium features a spacious amount of living space with oceanfront views from wall-to-wall and floor-to-ceiling windows in the living area and all 3 bedrooms. The lockout third bedroom has a luxurious wet bar and mini fridge for your vacation enjoyment. All 3 bedrooms have balcony access for you to enjoy the sun, sand and waves. A very rare unit with all bedrooms directly on the crystal blue water and white sand beaches of Panama City Beach!

Our vacation rental sleeps 10 in beds, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen size beds in the second bedroom and a king bed in the lockout third bedroom. Living room has a cable TV with DVD player. All bedrooms have cable TV's.

The dining table seats 6, and is separated from the kitchen by a breakfast bar with bar stools. Plenty of room for the whole family. The kitchen includes all major appliances; microwave and dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, etc. and a Washer/Dryer in the utility area.

Long Beach is located on sugar white beaches in the heart of Panama City Beach. The resort is gated with 24 hour on site security. It is near family entertainment, golf, restaurants, shopping, and more. From your balcony you will enjoy an extraordinary oceanfront view with breathtaking sunsets, accessible from the living area and both bedrooms (see floor plan below).

Lounge and swim at any of our three pools with hot tubs, including a 6500 square foot lagoon pool with island water falls. There is also an on-site rental facility for jet-ski and parasail activities.

The balcony was blocked off for construction, locked from outside, all balcony furniture was stacked in living room and bedrooms. The AC unit is low on refrigerant, it freezes up after one hour of running, I would defrost it than start over, had to do this the entire 4 day stay, maintenance, was called every day, first trip they said the thermostat temperature was set to low, second trip they said the fan was dirty, never made a third visit, I will never rent any properties managed by ECDI again

Convenient location, reached out to host about a couple of things before our trip he got back with me very quickly. The condo could have been a little cleaner, floors looked like they needed moping, holes in furniture in living room. I had to clean the oven before usingit. Kitchen could have been equied q little better. All in all it was a nice place to stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pictures posted are very old and deceiving. The condo was very disappointing. It had an overall "dirty" feel to it. The living room recliner had holes worn on both arms. We covered the furniture with blankets because they felt so dirty. We woke up the first morning and the coffee maker didn't work, we ran to Walmart to get our own. The front sliding door wouldn't shut completely because the tract was so filthy and warped. I could go on but bottom line is we DEFINITELY would not return nor would we recommend to a friend.

Very easy check in and all communication was great! Location was perfect and easy to get to the beach. Every staff member we encountered was very nice. The unit we were in was a little dirty. The ice maker tray had brown smudges on it and it leaked all over the floor. I called about it but never got a call back. The pantry has something running from the shelf to the floor. We didn’t put anything in there. The furniture was uncomfortable. The couch didn’t have any padding at all, you could feel the springs. One chair had tears on both arms. The tile flooring had several bad spots. Our bed was very dirty under the sheet with several dead bugs. We decided to sleep on top of all the covers. Even with all of that, we had an amazing time. The layout of the unit was great and we all had our own space. The beds were pretty comfy.

Girl trip

Great location and spacious condo. Needs Updated. Furniture had holes. Mold on the bathroom ceiling. Coffee maker stopped working and we had to buy one. Used a vacuum cleaner to keep the dryer door closed. Half of the toaster did not work. Blinds would not close completely. Sliding door in the main room would not close properly.

Beautiful condo but needs some TLC

Had a wonderful time! Condo was beautiful but definitely needed new furniture because it was ripped and torn. It could also use some new mattresses as they are very worn. The AC unit was frozen apon arrival but was fixed. There were mice in the front bedroom but they were not found until our last night. Overall, it was an amazing place but really needs some TLC.

Not the worst!

I read the reviews and contacted the owner/property manager concerning the negative reviews. I did get a reply in a timely manner stating that the maintenance concerns were resolved. It wasn’t the best but certainly not the worst condo we’ve stayed at in PCB. All of the beds could certainly use some updating and 2 of the dining room chairs with the white covers should be replaced. Condo was clean upon our arrival. No cushions there for the lounge chairs on the balcony. The air in the master bedroom on the left side of unit didn’t cool off like the rest of the unit however since it was the holidays I didn’t report it.

Great size and location for family trip

We had a good stay for the most part. The location and size of the condo was great. The condo definitely needs some TLC. Some of the beds were broken and not very comfortable. The jets in the master bath tub didn’t work. My biggest complaint was finding bugs that looked like cockroaches in the kitchen area of the condo. We stayed for a week and saw about 5 of them. I definitely feel like this condo is overpriced for what it is. They should use some of that money to clean up and update the condo.

Perfect Vacation Spot

We’ve stayed at Long Beach Resort many times, and this little getaway did not disappoint. The location is great and the size of the condo for our little family was perfect. Bonus … all rooms faced the ocean. So the view was awesome regardless of where you were in the condo. We did have a small concern around parking - the condo allows for 2 parking passes, and we needed 3. However, we alerted security and ended up not having any issues parking. Thanks so much!

Awesome beach

There were 6 adults. Had an awesome time. The owners need to give a little tlc uto small things that really didn’t affect our stay. The living room furniture truly needs to be replaced. It’s the most uncomfortable furniture ever set on. The dining room chairs need to be replaced also. Sorry but with the amount charged for a stay, they could totally afford more comfortable furniture.

Long Beach

Great location on 2nd floor, could take the stairs easily since the elevator was out a few times. Room needs some updates. Chair had a hole in it, curtains were ripped, mattresses need updated. Our balcony room door was broken and wouldn't shut all the way, I called for maintenance and they never showed up. My husband was able to get it shut but we couldn't use the door the rest of the trip. The ice maker in the room was a plus and very convenient.

Reviewer Comments: The location is great and the condo has amazing potential, however it’s very overpriced and under cared for. The furniture has holes and is super worn down. There is mold throughout the bathrooms and vents. The beds in one of the rooms need replaced immediately ( so does the mattress on the pull out bed... it’s disgusting). The sliding doors are broken and according to reviews, they have been for some time. I read reviews but assured property owner had read them and taken care of them as a good property owner would. This is not the case. The cleaning person/ crew needs training. There was a pan that still had food all over it, the bathrooms weren’t clean. The condo is not well stocked at all. We stayed in tower two previously- the condo was very similar in layout , but way nicer, clean, fully stocked, and less expensive.

Good location

The location was good. We appreciated the condo being on 2nd floor so we could take steps versus waiting for elevator. Condo could be so nice but definitely needed some updates. Furniture old and needed updates and kitchen was lacking many things we needed. We had to go purchase skillet bc the one there was falling apart, baking sheets, etc. Besides that we had a great time.

Our overall stay was amazing. The view was incredible.Everything was as listed. One thing they might wanna fix is the door to the main deck was hard to open and close. We made it work by using the side doors. Other than that everything was perfect..

There was only 8 wristbands not 10. Which is fine there was only six of us. Just dont want to be charged for two that weren't there. The condo, beach and pool was fantastic! Will definitely be back!

Great unit

Unit had plenty of room. Had an issue with a leak under the kitchen sink. I emailed the property manager and it was handled promptly and we were provided extra towels since we had to use some to dry up the water. Will definitely book again.
